Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom pristine house that was built in 2008. House includes a heated pool with a fenced in yard and pool side gas grill. Parking for 2 cars inside garage. Master bedroom has a king sized bed, queen sized bed in the other 2 bedrooms. Spacious walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Lanai screen off the great room which leads to heated pool. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Beach towels and chairs included for your beach experience along with 3 bicycles free for use. Very close to vanderbilt beach and delnor wiggins state park beach, some of the best beaches in the country. Very luxurious golf courses also close by. Very close to mercato shopping center which has brio, bravo, flemings, capital grill, and whole foods. Naples zoo, botanical gardens, waterside shops and naples fifth avenue close by with high end stores such as nordstrom, saks, gucci, and more. Beaches are only 1300-1400 feet away. You can ride to the beach in bicycles in 5 mins. There are 4 bicycles in the garage. There are 3 beautiful beaches where you can walk for miles. All new tile just installed in the 3 bedrooms and family room Pool was installed in 2016.

Great location and home close to beaches, shops

We took our daughter and her friends to Naples to celebrate their senior year in high school, and picked this rental so they could bike to the beach and places to eat. It worked out perfectly! The home was immaculately clean and exactly as advertised. We were unsure about the pool and if heater on, so I messaged the owner and get an immediate reply about how to operate it - very much appreciated! The location in Naples Park is great - couldn’t ask for anything more - close to everything and very relaxing. I would highly recommend a stay here!

One Week Stay in Naples

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was a nice size for 6 of us, however, an additional bathroom would have been nice to have. We very much enjoyed having the pool. The house was further from the beach than we realized, not within walking distance. I would have appreciated more attention to detail in terms of aesthetics and organization: towels were mismatched, utensils disorganized, random nicknacks stashed throughout, sheets showed wear, etc. Communication could have been more timely as well. That being said, we did have a great time and Naples was fabulous!

Awesome home

We enjoyed this home and backyard pool very much. The location was great and close to excellent public tennis courts. The owner was very responsive prior to arriving and during our stay. We are definitely planning to return next year! Excellent home for entertaining and guests.

The property was exactly like the pictures

The house was perfect and very comfortable for our stay. The location was perfect and te pool out back was an excellent extra to have. The house was in great condition, well maintained, and very new. We would stay again.

A very nice house, in a changing neighborhood

The house is as described on the VRBO site. Nicely furnished, with a very nice little pool. Special mention to the pool guy, Joe, who did a superb job keeping the (Heated!) pool nice. 3 visits in 3 weeks. A couple of minor issues at check in were quickly and completely resolved by the owner, Mark, who was attentive throughout our visit. 3 new bikes in the garage, plenty of beach chairs, etc. TV Cable package was very basic- Had to go out to watch NCAA finals. Neighborhood a mix of older residential, with emerging newer construction replacing original cottages. Safe and quiet.
