I am a commercial lender by trade, however, I have found out I enjoy property management. My wife of 23 years and our children have lived in Spokane for over 13 years and we give back to our local community through various civic and church groups.

I used to travel a good deal as commercial lender and I used to try and stay at lodging facilities such as this one. When we had the opportunity to buy this property we were very excited.
Close to all downtown events, Historical Victorian property.
The location gave easy access to the freeway. Trying to find a restaurant and parking in downtown was brutal. the unit itself left a little to be desired. Bed was uncomfortable and hard to get in and out of.
It is downtown in a changing neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. The place was very clean and quiet, even though it was on a busy street. Parking was convenient and on the property. I felt very safe here. My brother and I ate in most nights and there was a kitchen with enough pots and pans to service that.
When we come back to Spokane, we would very much like to stay her again and we highly recommend it.

P.S. We were also very confused at first as to how we got our key and where the place was (totally our issue - we'd come a long way for family business and were very tired) and the person on the other end of the phone was so patient and kind to us. I think that gives this place a five star right there.
This is a nice place to stay. It is in an area of urban renewal, so some houses are vacant, and the people in the area seem to be a mixture of people struggling to survive, young families looking for affordable housing, and retirees living in new condos near the river. We felt safe and comfortable there, and the apartment was fixed up nicely. The only issue we had was the noise from the traffic on Ash Street, which seemed to be going 24/7, so earplugs would be a good thing to bring along. That is the only reason for giving it 4 stars rather than 5. However, after a day or so, we got used to the noise and were not so bothered by it. I would recommend this place. It is convenient to downtown and the medical center, near the Maple Street bridge, and it is near the paved walking/biking trail along the edge of the river bank.
We are glad that we decided to go to this apartment instead of a Hotel. it is small and it only has one bathroom, but it is clean and confortable.
We never talked to anyone, the key of the apartment was where the owner said, and we left it there
Walking distance to downtown Spokane, Riverfront Park, Riverpark Square Mall, INB, Civic Theater, restaurants, etc.

Upon arriving, please go directly your townhome or apartment at 20 E. Pine Ridge Court, or 1702 W. Dean Ave, respectively, and enter the code which will be emailed you two days prior to your arrival into the key pad to access your townhome/apartment keys. Our on-site Facilities Manager is available to help you check-in, if needed. Her number is (509)999-5694, if after hours. Upon vacating, place your keys(mail, laundry, and door key) in same lock box. Check-in and check-out times are 11am and 3pm daily, respectively. Rates and availability are subject to change until you receive your reservation number from our office.
