The house was not ready on time. I had a late check in because of cleaning issue. when I was notify to check in the house still was not clean and the cleaning crew had to come out again. There were clog tub drain, shower clog, bathroom sink clog, and broken chair. The master bath door bob came off. After everything was fix the things were ok. The customer service was great. the maintenance crew was great. The cleaning crew was sub par. The house was not stock with the normal item in kitchen. Also, not enough seating. There were no instruction on pool area. Th home did not give information on trash dumping, recycling, and there were no vacuum. The kitchen area countertop was damage, The neighborhood is great:
