Great upscale bars, restaurants, shopping, and groceries just steps away. DON'T NEED AUTO!! We provide a VOIP Phone and free WiFi Internet/Cable TV. Also, there are 2 assigned parking spaces provided. Very nice quiet location that you can walk to just about everything.
Ricky T's (awesome bar w/ entertainment), Sloppy Joes (upscale beachfront restaurant), Middle Grounds Grill (upscale seafood/steaks), and Publix (very nice super market (groceries) just a short walk away.
Fantastic John's Pass Village a mile away.

We are Gary & Joy and lived in Treasure Island several years ago. Our hearts are now driving us back because of the beautiful beachfront living here.

After travelling much and living abroad for several years, we are convinced this is one of the best beachfront communities in the US.
The most unique benefits of this property is the wide open water views and waterfront location. You can fish, go boating, or dock your boat (daily use only). Everything is walking distance away; (i.e. beautiful Treasure Island Beach (300 yds.), awesome restaurants, shopping, and upscale grocery shopping. YOU DON'T NEED A CAR ONCE HERE!!!
Having previously stayed in this condo we were in a position to appreciate the upgrades that have been done. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here for another vacation.
Really appreciated our 2 weeks stay at the condo: well located along waterfront, 2mn walking from supermarket and the beach and well equipped. Confortable beds. Everything you need was there. Very quiet and clean property with parking slot just along the stairs.
Really loved the house and the area. The condo was well equipped will all necessary items. We have been to Treasure Island many times but this is our favorite spot and looking forward to returning next year.
The owner was eady to work with as he responded to emails quickly. The view was beautiful with boaters, skiers and dolphins to watch daily. The kitchen exceeded our expectations with lots of cutlery, pots, and plates. The space was more than adequate for our needs. We would not hesitate to use this place again in the future!
Our stay here was amazing. The condo was so clean, very well stocked, the kitchen had everything you needed and the view was incredible. Gary was more then a pleasure to work with can not wait to go back. Will be back soon

The beautiful crystal clear water Treasure Island Beach is a 300 yard walk away. This 2nd floor corner condo has a wide open water view w/ balcony and daily views of Dolphins / Birds / Manatees. Upscale Grocery Store (Publix), Shopping, Bars (Ricky T's), and Restaurants (Sloppy Joes) walking distance. DO NOT NEED AN AUTO once here. Quiet location part of an upgraded 8 unit condo complex across the street from the Beach.
