The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 8 guests in 5 beds, 1 pull out couch. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

ROOFTOP TERRACE: The private rooftop terrace is for exclusive use of this unit. The rooftop features a dining table for 6, an outdoor breakfast bar (seats 2), and a cabana bed.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 pull out sofa, 1 high chair, 8 beach towels, free WiFi (75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

The place looks pretty much identical to the pictures. The location is right in the middle of South Beach and doesn’t get better in terms of convenience and closeness to everything. It’s right across from the beach and the view is amazing. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room and everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was easy it can be done right from your phone. The best part was the outdoor balcony/outside area where you could really enjoy the view and there was plenty of seating to chill and do whatever you wanted. Would definitely stay here again.
