Great House/Great Veiws

  • 5 of 5

Stayed for a family wedding. Everything was excellent. Very clean and well stocked for some cooking. The porch was the show stopper.

Owner's Response: Thanks Jim you all were great guests to have! We'd love to have you again if you return to the Monadnock region! Toni

Lovely home!

  • 5 of 5

This was our 3rd stay at the Colonial. The house is charming and spacious and well stocked, and has a spectacular view of Mt. Monadnock. From the porch we watched an eagle soar above the trees - quite a sight! We had everything we needed and enjoyed a relaxing Thanksgiving with family. Thank you Sam and Toni!

The mattress on every bed are completely worn out and the living room seating emits a horrible odor.

  • 1 of 5

The entire place needs updating if it is to continue being used as rental property or change it to a museum.

Beautiful views in a charming house

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here with our two young families and had a fabulous time. Toni was a pleasure to deal with in the booking process and provided us with some great local information. The house and grounds were perfect for our relaxing few days in Jaffrey! We hope to go back again to stay some day

Amazing views!

  • 5 of 5

We had a fantastic fall getaway with extended family at Toni and Sam's beautiful and cozy house. The kitchen was great for numerous meals and the playground was perfect for the kids. The views out the back were amazing especially with the fall colors. We had a blast at the annual festival in Jaffrey!! Thank you Toni for all the suggestions and responsiveness to questions!!

Beautiful House.

  • 5 of 5

This property is amazing. It is roomy, comfortable and has an amazing view from the porch. We had a great week cooking in the well stocked kitchen and hanging out on the beautiful porch. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to experience the beauty of New Hampshire in a comfortable, spacious setting.
