Our family of 4 (2 girls 2 and 4) stayed at this condo for a month in June 2016. Condo was ready to go upon arrival. Great communication from the owner made it easy and painless. The master bedroom and bath was large and had a great 2nd floor lanai overlooking the pool/pond area at the front of coconut plantation. 2nd bedroom was large enough for both of our girls to share the bed and closet. It's all about the location! You are right next to the pool (but not so close that everyone is looking in your unit). The two propane grills are located at the pool area as well this made cooking a breeze. Being near the front of the community was perfect. You can easily walk to the market, restaurants, bars, hotels etc. The lagoons are right down the street being able to quickly walk to them meant no waiting for parking spots. This location was a great value and we are planning to return soon!
My family stayed at this condo for a month this July and we had a great time. Jean was a very hospitable host, giving clear entry and exit procedures, welcoming, and quick to respond when emailed. The place itself was luxurious and well appointed. Furnishings and bedding were comfortable , bathrooms were great with hot water and strong water pressure, and Jean had thought about pretty much all of the things we would need. It was conveniently located at the front of the estate, with very close access to the shops, pools and lagoons. No downsides to this place at all- very clean, good value for money and a great host.

1) Cancellations made within 75 days of arrival incur a $1000 penalty. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival incur a 50% penalty. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable unless another booking can be made for the period.
2) Guests pay energy charges in excess of $100 per 30 days. Electric charges above $100 per month deducted from Refundable Damage Deposit.
3) No smoking.
4) No pets.
5) Guests are kindly asked to clean linens and towels during stay. Housekeepers charge additional fees for additional loads of laundry, and these fees will be deducted from security deposit.
