I have been staying in Surf Club III condos for five years but I've never stayed in a 1st floor unit until now. I was hesitant because I wasn't sure about the views. Much to my pleasure, everything was absolutely wonderful. The condo was fabulous--very comfortably furnished and well stocked. All the units I have stayed in were nice but this is my favorite. I loved the convenience of being on the ground floor. I hope to stay again soon.

Exactly as described - a spacious, very well equiped condo

We stayed for the month of March 2012. Not only was the condo in good condition & well equiped (better than most) the owners were very helpful, they provided "attractions brochures" and a list of good restaruants - which we appreciated because it was our first time in that area, They were easy to contact and answered any questions we had.

Conveniently located to St. Augustine (outlet shops) Daytona, Cape Canerval, Flaghler - great actually because a day trip was so easy to do. The private beach provided excellent walking and shelling.
