Enjoy the beautiful sunrises on the screened porch while watching the dolphins play.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath home has been fully renovated in 2015. Everything is new. Furniture to towels. The kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances and amenities. There is a 42" smart television in the living room and a television in each bedroom. The home is equipped with DIRECTV and WIFI. Enough parking for your vehicles and boat. Best of all the house is located on a beautiful, tranquil sandy beach. There are beach chairs and towels. A kayak for you to have fun with. There is also a 100 lb Danforth anchor and a 4' security anchor with a chain to the float. A park style grill is ready for barbecuing but if you don't feel like cooking, there are great seafood restaurants close by. After a great day at the beach sit back and enjoy a drink on the screened porch to end a perfect day. Hot tub is for owner use only.

This property is a Saturday-Saturday booking from May 1st- September 30th, 2024. April 2024 requires a 4 night minimum. Please inquire about monthly rates from October 1st- March 31st.

We Didn't Want To Leave

This was one of the best properties we've ever stayed in! The location was great and having a dog friendly property that actually had a fenced in area for them was a rare and pleasant bonus! The decor was great and totally "beachy" right down to the switch plate covers. You can really tell that the house is loved because there were little details all around the property that just made everything easier. For example the fire hydrant with a spigot on it for washing the sand off your feet right at the top of the steps from the beach (that's in addition to the outdoor shower). We wanted to book again (and definitely will), but they were already booked for the dates of our next trip!

Perfect

My 3 older daughters and I came for a few days. We used the kayaks & cornhole several times a day. we enjoyed sunrises & sunsets every day from the porch. House was perfect, yard perfect, beach walks perfect. Saw sting rays from kayaks, and dolphin, deer and blue heron from beach. Had one slight maintenance issue which owner resolved immediately. We will return!

Review on Bay Breeze

This was a nice place with an incredible view. Enjoyed the backyard and fishing the beach in walking a few steps from back door. The road we were on was very busy and loud, sleeping in was interrupted by noisy local commuters which took away from restful peace in the morning. Wish the hot tub had been available, for what we paid, the owner should consider the amenity to be included. Patty was wonderful and helpful. And we did enjoy the area a lot. Clean home, nicely decorated and comfortable. Back porch and yard was amazing

Bay Breeze was wonderful

I was looking for a quiet, peaceful week at the beach and that's exactly what I got! No crowds! NEVER waited in line at any of the restaurants and we ate out almost every night. SUCH a sweet, friendly town! The days were spent watching the dolphins and stingrays, crabs and yes 1 shark! Overall it was such a lovely vacation! Can't wait til next year!

Perfect summer getaway

Had a wonderful stay. Property was extremely clean and as described. Super easy beach access, pet friendly and the inside of the home was more than expected. We had everything We needed for cooking and cleaning on site. We will be booking again soon!
