Loft 837 is in the Pinecone area and is approximately 1,292 sq ft . This property sleeps six people with a King bed in the upstairs loft, a Queen Bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa on the main level. It has two full bathrooms (one on each level), a spiral staircase and a large walk-in closet in the upstairs loft area. The back deck has a private balcony overlooking hole 8 of the Glacier Club Hermosa Nine Golf Course. The exterior has recently been remodelled. Yellow Carrot Bistro Restaurant is open in the lobby of the main lodge serving lunch and dinner during the week. Please note the fitness center, pool and hot tubs are closed presently for a remodel.

About Alan and Chris

We fell in love with Tamarron when we arrived in 2010. The area is so scenic and peaceful that we had to invest in a few properties to share the beauty with others. There are three different style condo's to chose from. Two are in the main lodge (which has already had an interior remodel). Studio 329 is a large studio with approximiately 491 sq ft and excellent views from the third floor. Suite 501 is on the fifth floor and has approximately 1,788 sq ft and sleeps up to eight people. Loft 837 is in the Pinecone development and overlooks hole 8 of the Glacier Club Hermosa Nine golf course. It accommodates up to six people and has a private outdoor balcony. Not as expected

This condo would have been perfect for my husband and I and our 2 teenage boys. But "we" were 2 couples, and this was one bedroom and a second bed in the living area. That meant whenever the couple downstairs was ready to go to bed, we all had to vacate the living area. It was the consummate "open concept". That being said, the condo was nice, and the setting at Tamarron was lovely. The master suite upstairs was very nice.

Had everything we needed. Perfect location...just 15 minutes from Purgatory Base and 30 minutes to downtown Durango.
