Your home away from home awaits you in this outstanding desert location situated on a golf course. The east facing pool area allows spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the ever changing shades of the Catalina Mountains and Pusch Ridge, a perfect place for entertaining or simply relaxing. The pool is a lap pool, great if you would like a little exercise without leaving the house. An open concept interior lends exceptional views from all common areas. Check out the various desert wildlife as well as the variety of birds that live in our neighborhood. This is truly an oasis in the Sonoran desert yet close to everything. Available at two zero six, six seven nine, six one two six. All stays over 30 days will require a monthly cleaning.

Excellent, Gorgeous, Amazing Hospitality, Architecture Digest Level Decor

If you love the American Southwest you will love this home. The owner is superb--incredibly helpful, kind, detail oriented, helped me whenever there was a question immediately, home maintained in immaculate condition. It was an honor to call it home for a month while conducting research in Arizona.

A Wonderful Winter Getaway!

Casa Serena far exceeded my expectations! The home is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, sun-filled, unique . . . the view from every window is breathtaking . . . . its location is close to everything you could want in Oro Valley (bike trails, restaurants, golf, groceries) yet it feels secluded and quiet. The owner takes extra care to make sure you have a positive experience from the day you arrive to the day you (sadly) have to go. I hesitate to leave such a glowing review, because then there will be more competition to secure another rental in the future! (Note that I stayed for the months of January and February -- a very good way to spend the winter. )

Left early!

Great house, location and great host. However, had to leave early after bicycle accident, visit to emergency room of Oro Valley Hospital and impending Pandemic!. Needed to get home to be close to our medical folks at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Wish we could have stayed for duration.

Tucson Heaven

This is a high-end, beautifully decorated, comfortable home with stunning views in a great neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with every possible amenity. Easy access to shops and restaurants, with parks for walking and hiking very nearby. Close to world class spas. Love this place and will definitely return!

Having traveled extensively, I've found Oro Valley just north of Tucson to be a perfect place for an incredible retreat. The views are spectacular, come and enjoy this little piece of heaven in the desert. I'm sure you will love it as much as I do.

Why they chose this property

I chose Oro Valley for its beauty and incredible location. I've been visiting my parents here for 20 years, they spend 6 months each year here and love it, it's a great place to escape the rainy Seattle winters and enjoy the beauty of the desert. The variety of birds and wildlife add a great element to this unique setting. Oro Valley is a great community, come and experience this desert oasis for yourself.

What makes this property unique

This custom home sits on a 1/2 acre lot with outstanding views in a very private gated community close to everything. Relax by the pool for some quiet reading, swim in the lap pool for a little exercise, play a round of golf nearby or entertain friends and watch the sunset with margaritas poolside. The home is close to anything you could possibly need yet it feels like your in your own private world, that's why the name Casa Serena (meaning calm, tranquil). Come and enjoy.
