One Bedroom with Ocean Views One Block from Waikiki Beach

Gorgeous condo ONLY ONE BLOCK FROM THE FAMOUS WAIKIKI BEACH!! Beautifully renovated unit in the highly desirable Waikiki Banyan. Partial ocean view, WIFI and parking included. Walking distance of fabulous restaurants, shops, the Waikiki Zoo, and our favorite eateries – Lulu’s (Coconut Shrimp and Prime Rib dinner), Duke’s (Calamari and Fresh Fish Tacos), Arancino’s (Spaghetti & Meatballs), Keoni’s (Thai)(Evil Jungle Prince), Hula Grill (Happy Hour Fish & Chips, Ahi Poke), Cheeseburger in Paradise, Sansei (excellent Sushi and Pork Chops). We are also only 20 - 30 minutes away from the the airport.

Our professionally decorated condo has everything to make your stay perfect. Your lanai includes partial ocean views, pool views, and city views of Waikiki. Enjoy the morning sunrise while sipping a cappuccino, or share the evening sunset with a glass of wine as you reflect on the glorious day spent in Hawaii.

The apartment has one private enclosed bedroom with a brand new, queen sized tempurpedic heavenly bed. There is also a futon in the room that can sleep two children or one adult. (We do also have a cot available).

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a great meal. Lots of pans, pots, tupperware, bowls, plates, glasses, coffee cups, wine and beer glasses, etc.etc. Even has a rice cooker and slow cooker!

There is also a parking pass for the secured parking garage. Parking in this garage usually costs $20 per day, so this is a great savings to our guests.

Extra goodies include board games, tennis rackets, beach chairs, floating tubes and air mattresses, snorkel equipment and large beach towels for those lazy days.

This is a fantastic building in Waikiki. It has a lot of amenities, and is close to the best swimming areas of Waikiki Beach.

What makes this condo unique

Everything in Waikiki, as well as the Zoo, Diamond Head and Kapiolani Park, is within walking distance from the building. And if you have a car to explore other areas of the island, the H1 freeway is a straight shot up Kapahulu Avenue, which is only 2 blocks away from The Banyan.

Lovely condo and owners but super noisy!

The owners are wonderful and we're super easy to deal with. They renovated their condo and it's really awesome tho I found a few things that were odd.. leather couches in humid environments are not comfortable and a memory foam bed is basically the equivalent to a big fat sponge that you sweat in 😂 The Color and decor was lovely even if the bed was really uncomfortable. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. My only issue is that the pool closes at 9 now, and there is always a lot of road noise from police cares and fire trucks going by 10-20 times a day. We've stayed at the Banyan 3 times and it was never this bad. Also the building alarms went off 3 times while

We were there, one in the middle of the night where we had to evacuate down the humid stairwell 10

Flights only to be told it was ok and walk back up.:. I felt sorry for those with guests who had walking disabilities or couldn't climb stairs. we were also plagued with noisy tenants above and below us who would sit in their lanai and smoke day and night (even tho it's illegal). We even found ashes on our lanai and someone's cigar. We complained to security but they had a chill approach to it. Much as we love Hawaii and the condo itself was nice, we decided our Waikiki Banyan days are over. It was more stressful staying indoors with stinky smoke

Coming in and noise from the police constantly with renovations happening and drilling sounds for 11 days. I do want to point out that the owners have nothing to do with the 3 star rating. They were very kind during the process but I never heard back from them after I left the condo and thought I lost something there... nothing big but I definitely am glad I paid a good rate for my condo through them vs going rate! These condos in this building are really not worth more than $120 a night.

Property was great, clean, updated, everthing that you could ask for, lots of little extras, close to everything, view was great, Dana was great replied back with any enquiries that we had, would definitely stay here again, glad there were no pets allowed, I loved the wood flooring as well,.

Fantastic place

I can't say how great it was to work with the owners!! They are great and their condo was perfect for my wife and I. The condo is clean and in great condition. They have more than enough dishes, cup, pans, small appliances. The place was simply great. We would recommend it to anyone and we would definitely stay there again!!

Everything you need in one place

This is actually our second stay in this condo. I just didn't get a chance to sit down and wrote the first review because we returned so quickly. This place has everything you need to enjoy yourself. Cooked in the condo several times and never had to adjust how I cooked because all utensils were there as well as all cookwear and dinnerware. There are nice chairs to take to the beach, snorkel gear, beach towels, toys for the kids, board games, TVs in both rooms, spices, condiments, extra sheets, plenty of bath towels and wash clothes, cleaning supplies if you have an accident or for long term stayers (we stayed a month each time) and the hardwood floors keep are beautiful. The location is hands down the best in the area conveniently located near the beach, zoo, shopping, restaurants, and activities. Owners will respond within minutes if there is a question, and made the trip so simple with their welcome email including all information needed a week prior to arrival. We are already booking our next stay and looking forward to staying here again.

Great location

We stayed for just over a week and loved the location. We rented a car and parking was included in the condo which was a definite asset in the Waikiki area. Pool area and hot tub area were great to use in the evenings after a day of exploring the island. Christian and Dana were great to deal with and always quick to reply when needed.

Well placed location with good amenities

A mere 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach, this condo gives you all you need for an enjoyable vacation. We stayed 9 days here. Right off Kuhio Street with many food options and stores. Everything was a short walk whether it be the beach or Dukes or a Mai Tai at the Royal Hawaiian. The condo itself was clean, roomy enough, very comfortable bed and a good view. Also provided were beach chairs, snorkeling gear and floats which was a nice touch. Full kitchen as well as community BBQ grills available to use for a small fee. Kids playground, tennis and basketball court, pool and spa all on property. Small store and cafe also on property. Wifi was fast and don't under estimate the parking pass that comes for the few days of rental cars you may get. While only 2 of us, it would be comfortable with 3 adults and 2 kids if had to with bathroom scheduling. Laundry on same floor as well. Owners were quick and responsive to questions. This fit all our needs to enjoy Hawaii and we'd certainly repeat.
