The only negative was the hot tub setting was too high. We couldnt tolerate how hot it was. No enjoyment there!

The cabin was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Great location 👍
Everything about this stay was fantastic. The cabin was definitely large enough for 6 adults with privacy for all plus a large kitchen and common area. There are other cabins fairly close but the natural forest makes the deck very private. The outside wood fireplace was a wonderful way to end the day and relax. The trails right out the back door were fun to mountain bike and hike. The lake was about 3 minuets from the cabin with easy access.
I would definitely recommend this cabin for both summer or winter activities

Our experience at this cabin was an absolute joke. Upon arriving, we were greeted with a giant pile of garbage next to the back door. I didn’t think much of it at this point and figured someone would be by shortly to pick it up. We entered the cabin through the front door and my 5 year old son spoted a dead mouse in the middle of the living room floor. Lovely. Even at this point, I wasn’t too upset because cabins do attract mice and other rodents from time to time. Things happen and we arent super picky! But after looking around, it was no surprise that the cabin was full of mice. There were crumbs and chips EVERYWHERE in the kitchen, living room, and downstairs hallway. Even macaroni and cheese smeared all over the dining room table from the previous guests. This cabin was filthy. We then headed into the bedrooms down stairs and found someone’s dirty clothes and underwear in one of the bedrooms. Both downstairs bedrooms also had mouse droppings IN THE SHEETS! Not only was this place infested with mice but it was just down right grungy. I don’t even have enough characters remaining to go into detail about the cleanliness of this place. I called Grand Welcome and they sent over someone with mouse traps. The traps were helpful but we also needed a cleaning crew to clean this place top to bottom if we were going to be staying there. So after waiting around for a few hours, one lady came over to change the sheets and I showed her around and she was nice enough to help me clean more of the cabin. That’s right.... I helped her clean up this filth that we were paying $1000+ to stay in for 3 nights so my family had a nice place to stay. What a wonderful way to start our vacation!!
After calling a few locals in the area, we were able to get the direct number to the manager, Chris, at The Grand Welcome. He promised to refund our cleaning fee and give us one free night for all of the inconveniences, which we agreed to. But I have yet to get the refund and the office is giving me the run around. Regardless of the cabin disaster, we enjoyed our time in Donnelly and look forward to coming again but we will NEVER stay anywhere that the Grand Welcome manages again. If you are looking for excellent customer service and a clean place to sleep, AVOID GRAND WELCOME AT ALL COSTS!!!

Clean and spacious. Only comment is to bring your own cooking stuff, pretty sparse and no salt/pepper or condiments, also no saran wrap for leftovers....

Beautiful cabin well stocked but it doesn't have AC. We had enough room for 2 trucks and trailers with our razors. We would rent it again really enjoyed our stay. We had 3 couples staying which was very comfortable. Was peaceful and quiet. The beds could have been more comfortable.
