Villas of Santa Rosa C101 is a low-density development that has 24 units with only two units per floor located in Dune Allen. Don't hassle with elevators or stairs! Park right outside your door and walk into this ground floor unit with an awesome view that's so rare these days. The large, open floor plan, nine-foot ceilings and windows in each room gives the unit a home-like feel. The unit has tiled floors and is elegantly designed with a Mediterranean flavor while providing everything imaginable for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The combination kitchen/living/dining area provides a great entertaining area that can spill onto the porch and yard. There's seating for 10 at the table and three at the counter island. The living room has ample furniture and seating and a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a King bed, large walk-in closet, and a private bath with a garden tub with separate shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and private bath. The third bedroom has two Full size beds and utilizes the hall bath. With room to sleep 8 to 10, each room is equipped with a TV and there is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. French doors open from the living area directly onto a beautifully landscaped yard overlooking the beach. The private covered patio has an additional table with chairs for outdoor dining while watching the sunset and enjoying the ocean breeze. Walk down the boardwalk to the sand or enjoy the sun and great view from your porch or yard. Enjoy the community pool located only steps from your unit.
Bring your bikes to enjoy the 17-mile bike path along Scenic Hwy 30A. Seaside and Grayton Beach are just down the road. Gulf Place with it's restaurants, summer concerts and shops is directly across the street.

We loved staying it this condo. We arrived to a sparkling clean condo and the sound of the ocean. The condo is perfect from a well stocked kitchen to beautiful furnishings. The location is perfect if traveling with an older adult and children as we did. Every morning we would have coffee on the big back porch and watch dolphins swim by. Gulf place is across the street and the growler garage is a must visit too. I would recommend this spot to anyone, truly was an amazing vacation. Thanks
My family and I loved the house and the location. The weather was beautiful. The beach was close. One level and a grassy area out side for the kids helped make it convenient and fun.
My family and I fell in love with this beautiful condo right on the water. This fit our family of 6 nicely and we loved the huge back porch. Located on the first floor we could leave the back doors wide open and walk right out onto our large lawn and see the entire beach. We even had our own private beach access. Gulf Place is right across the street and we loved the convenience of being so close to shops and restaurants. We couldn't have stumbled across a better condo.
