First, I asked about early check in but was told it was not possible as our suite had a tenant and could not be cleaned early, then I was told our suite number was not known yet (hmmm). When we did check in, the building doorman had to try 3 different numbers to reach the management company. When we got in the door of our 'suite' there was a piece of the kitchen cabinets that had fallen to the ground.
The 2nd bedroom, not the master, was so small that we could not fit my son's travel crib in there so he got the master bedroom.
The appliances must be from the early 80's so we could not figure out the dishwasher at all.
The suite was quite loud with the location by the hospital, my toddler son was fascinated by the various sirens but it sure did make nap and bedtime more difficult.
The mattresses were very soft in the middle while the pillows were very hard so my husband and I both found ourselves whining about our backs.
Finally, out of control of the management company, but our neighbor was absolutely blasting music from about 9-11pm to which we adapted, ultimately.
In summary, we were fine but not thrilled. The location was convenient to our friends which is why we picked it, but we wouldn't book it again.
If we didn't have a child, we would have rolled with it a little more easily but then again, we wouldn't have needed a 2 bedroom suite.
Everything we needed!
