Great location

The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. Close to the bay to access boat rentals and excursions. It was a short walk to Fifth Avenue to shopping and wonderful restaurants. Downside is that it is about a 40 minute walk to the closest beach. The condo was well equipped with a lovely balcony with an electric BBQ that we used a lot. We are not big fans of AC so would prefer not to use it, especially at night. This was a problem as the only window screen in the bedroom was in shreds. Even so we kept it open the first night and both my husband and I were "eaten alive" by mosquitoes. We were then forced to use the AC at night. The NEST thermostat was controlled by the owner and set much colder than we like. I tried finding the manual online but could not identify the model of the thermostat. Personally, I think the thermostat is too complicated for the average renter. The pool, although not that convenient to get to, was large and warm and very enjoyable. All in all our stay was very pleasant. I would have given it a 5-star rating except for the thermostat/screen issue.

Stayed here for the month of February . Excellent communication with the owners, always got right back to us. location to many stores and restaurants.

Unit was clean and kitchen was well supplied.Enjoyed the BBQ on the veranda Would love to stay here again next year

Bay Front

We have stayed at Bay Front for the month of March 2009,2010,and 2011. The unit is very clean and the kitchen has every thing you need. Bay Front is within walking distance to Tin City and downtown Naples.

There are 3 restaurants within the Bay Front complex. Tin City has shops and restaurants and is located on Naples Bay. There is also a covered, secure, parking garage for your car. The entire complex is very secure. The commons areas are very well maintained. JAG Properties staff were excellent to work with on the contract and paperwork. The keys were always mailed to me on time. The photos in the listing are give an accurate picture of the unit. I would recommend it to anyone, especially those who like to walk. You can park your car in the garage and walk everywhere. The lanai is another nice feature. It faces east and we sat out there and had morning coffee and watched the beautiful Naples sunrise. We also sat out there in the evening and played cards with friends. Overall our experience has been a good one.
