Spacious and rustic farmhouse in a beautiful, private setting across the street from Lake Guntersville. Conveniently located off Highway 79 on Cedar Cove Road, just 3.3 miles from the Waterfront boat ramp. It is approximately 10 miles from Guntersville and 15 miles from Scottsboro. The farmhouse is situated on 1.6 acres with large trees. There is plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers.

The house features an L-shaped front porch, spacious family room, three large bedrooms, two full baths, dining room with seating for ten, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, and a laundry room. Includes internet.

Bedroom 1: main level, 1 king, TV with Dish satellite

Bedroom 2: upstairs, 1 queen, sofa

Bedroom 3: upstairs, 1 full bed, bunk beds

2 full baths: one on each level

Large family room with game table and Dish satellite TV with DVD player

Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. All dishes, pots and pans, etc. are provided

Large dining room table can seat up to 12 people

About owner/property manager

We first experienced Lake Guntersville in 2012 while visiting friends in the area. The beauty of Northeastern Alabama, great fishing and relaxed pace appealed to us. We bought the farmhouse "as is" at an auction and have spent the past year making improvements and vacationing here with family and friends. It is our hope that your group will enjoy your stay here as much as we have.

Excellent place for a group of fishermen to stay!

Excellent place to stay for a group of bass fishermen from Kentucky! Plenty of parking for several trucks pulling boats. The house was clean and tidy! The bed sheets were already on each bed and ready for sleeping. The bathrooms were nice and clean. I will definitely be staying here again if we ever come back down to fish Lake Guntersville.

Fisherman's paradise

Several teammates and I stayed here for a bass tournament on Lake Guntersville and we had a great time. The house had plenty of space and room for parking. We were also close to several boat ramps, gas stations, and food. 100% would stay here again

Lovely Home, great price!

My husband and I spent a long weekend with our daughter and five grandchildren in this lovely farmhouse which is located on a large quiet wooded lot with a view of Lake Guntersville. The house has lots of space for families and is furnished with everything a visitor needs. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is so pretty, inviting and comfortable. Our grandchildren enjoyed the big lot and big porch. The house is very convenient to the Unclaimed Baggage Warehouse, High Falls and Cathdral Caverns. And the owners are absolutely wonderful! Donna was so kind to answer all of my questions. My family and I will definitely go back!
