What delightful and gracious guests who manage their own VRBO and shared tons of expertise with me. They are courteous, prompt, and very respectful guests. They left my propert in immaculate condition. They are welcome to visit my home anytime.
We enjoyed our stay at this cute downstairs apartment in Fayetteville. The living room had a beautiful view and lots of great light. There is no kitchen, but there is a tiny microwave, sink and mini-fridge in a little nook under the stairs that lead to the owners quarters upstairs. The apartment was sufficient for a weekend stay for two people, and possibly three if you had someone sleep on the sofa. Having a space in the carport in which to park our car was also a plus. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a visit to Fayetteville.
My husband and I stayed here to attend Bikes, Blues and Bar-B-Q. Sandra was very welcoming and accomodated us in every way possible. The rooms were very nice and clean. Beautiful atmosphere inside and loved sitting out and watching the deer. I highly recommend this place if you want to stay out away from the busyness for awhile. We would definitely stay here again.
The place was a little hard to find, but the owner was readily available for questions. Once we got here, the place where very neat, clean, and welcoming.
My daughter, granddaughter and I needed a place to stay for the night. Sandra graciously opened her downstairs for us, even though it was short notice. Everything was very comfortable and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our time visiting with her.
The property was centrally located but far enough from the downtown college crowd to enjoy peaceful surroundings. House is on Sequoya Mountain in a beautiful neighborhood with tree lined streets and eclectic architecture ranging from Victorian to mid-century modern, all custom homes with no cookie cutter copies. The refrigerator was stocked with plenty of bottled water and coffee was supplied for an early morning fix prior to site seeing.
There were deer feeding on grass and low tree limbs across the street at dusk and they did not run when we came out to take photos. Crystal Bridges Museum was 40 minutes away and well worth a day trip. Fayetteville and Eureka Springs were extremely charming towns and made us want to buy property in the Ozarks. We are seriously looking, as Arkansas is a relatively undiscovered gem!!
The home was very Convenient to the plans we had in fayetteville . The bed was very comfortable and the place was charming. Our host had all our needs covered and we would definitely stay there again
