This studio cottage is perfect for anyone looking to experience the best of Santa Monica. We are a short drive or bike ride to the beach and the Santa Monica Pier. You can walk north to Montana Avenue’s upscale restaurants and shops or south to the restaurants and nightlife that Wilshire Blvd. has to offer. Enjoy Douglas park - only a few minutes walk with a Starbucks Coffee across the road. Douglas park has a lawn bowling green, 3 reflecting pools with ducks, children’s playground, tennis courts, and picnic tables and benches. Quick drive to the 3rd Street Promenade, Main Street shops, restaurants and bars, to Venice, Marina Del Rey, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Westwood and more. Farmer’s Markets are held at 3rd Street Promenade on Wednesday and Saturday mornings to afternoons.
The studio consists of a sleeping area with queen size bed, huge closet, one bathroom, living area with couch, full kitchen, and a dining area with seating for four.
The home has a HDTV in living area equipped with direct TV and DVR. The home is tech-equipped with high speed cable internet and wifi throughout.
The kitchen has all you could need for meals and cooking, equipped with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, along with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, tupperware, cutting boards, silverware, and cooking utensils. There is a coffee pot and a Brita water dispenser for drinking water. Sugar, honey, olive oil, cooking spray, salt, pepper and and a few other spices are stocked in kitchen for your convenience for cooking a meal at home.
We provide shampoo, conditioner and soap as well as towels and extra linens for bed. Bed has down alternative filled comforter with duvet cover. The home also has a washer and dryer with detergent provided.
We have a beautiful backyard visited by birds of all sorts and beautiful and comfortable outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the beautiful Santa Monica air as you lounge in your own peaceful slice of paradise.
*No smoking is allowed in our around property, including yard and patio.
*This is a quiet residential street. We do not allow parties, loud music, or behavior which would disturb neighbors. We will provide you with a parking permit for street parking.

I loved my stay in your cottage. Tastefully decorated, all amenities available with well planned storage. Perhaps my favorite part was sitting on the patio surrounded by flowers and greenery so intense no one would ever know you were there. It was like my own secret garden! A short walk north and you are at Montana Ave. and two blocks south Wilshire Blvd. Location is superb and very walkable to many things around the neighborhood.
This property was clean well kept and in a fantastic location.
