The space has been tastefully renovated and it is very clean, with great quality linen, furniture and kitchen equipment, as well as 2 outdoor spaces. There is a couple of flights of stairs to navigate with luggage but absolutely no issue for us. Then there is the location! 2 minutes walk to Sawtell Beach and a 5 minute walk to the main need to even use the car! Recommended and we would definitely stay again on future trips to Sawtell.
