Villa "Moonlight"' is situated in a quiet, safe, neighbourhood in the highly desirable southwest area of Cape Coral. This waterfront vacation home is fully equipped and tastefully furnished throughout, to meet the most discerning of guests, comfortably accommodating up to six. The property is landscaped with palms and trees, it is air conditioned. We welcome all US, Canadians & international guests to stay here.

Property Locations & Access: Cape Coral is located in Southwest Florida and is well situated for visiting nearby Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Naples, and beyond. Cape Coral is served by Southwest International Airport (RSW) which is about 30 minutes drive. Otherwise, both Tampa and Miami International Airports are about two hours drive with easy access to Cape Coral via I-75. For guests arriving at Orlando International Airport (MCO) and perhaps creating a two centre holiday, Cape Coral is about a 3 hour drive South using I-4 and I-75. The journey is quite simple using basically just 2 Interstates. The property is located in the desirable South West area of Cape Coral where many of the homes are waterfront. Situated in a quiet, residential area .

Gorgeous house

Gorgeous bungalow with a huge heated pool and a beautiful view of the canal. Remarkably clean and Julia was great. She made everything easy and comfortable for our stay and we look forward to returning to this house.

Beautiful Home on Quiet Canal

Our vacation was Great!! The House was Perfect with plenty of room. Loved the decor..the pool..the Lania..whether you want to relax by the pool and read a book or fish from the canal. A Great time is to be had by all. This home is close to Fort Meyers Beach , Naples and Marco Island. Miromar outlet mall is Fabulous shopping for a day. You should go to Venice and Caspersen Beach if you want to find some shark teeth. This was the first time I have ever rented a home for vacation, Very enjoyable !! The owner is so nice, she made this vacation Super Special for me and my parents. I would totally rent this property again...

Great Place!

We rented this home from Julia for 3 weeks in March. Clean and well maintained with everything we needed in the kitchen. Julia was great replying to our emails and making the arrangements for the rental and greeted us upon our arrival. The screened-in pool area with the wide open access to it was like adding another room. This was one of the nicest vacation homes that we have stayed in and everything worked properly. A nice quiet neighborhood not far from good restaurants and shopping. We had a great vacation and thank Julia and Richard for their hospitality and hopefully will be able to return next year. Highly recommend rentals from Julia.

Fantastic stay

We rented Villa Moonlight from Julia for the month of March. This is a spacious, well-kept canal-side villa. Julia was very prompt and professional in replying to our emails and making the arrangements for the rental. Upon our arrival, Julia greeted us and spent a great deal of time explaining the amenities and features of her property and the local attractions and things to do. This villa has a screened-in pool with an option to have it heated for a monthly fee. This was the best equipped of the many vacation homes that we have encountered and everything worked properly. The neighbourhood is very quiet, with little traffic on the street. Julia was most kind in providing us with two bicycles and some small appliances. We had a most enjoyable vacation, in large part due to Julia’s attentiveness and the condition of the premises upon our arrival and throughout our stay. We unequivocally recommend a vacation rental from Julia."

Our Cape Coral Vacation.

My wife and I spent two months in this rental home, January and February, 2016. We were pleased with everything about the house and the neighborhood. The photos on the listing are 100% accurate in depicting the house in its present state; the house is every bit as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. It is located in an exceptionally well-kept, quiet neighborhood in the nicest area in Cape Coral. We enjoyed daily walks and bicycle rides on the surrounding streets. (Two bikes are included in the rental). Essential shopping -- Publix, Walmart, Staples, gas stations, restaurants, etc. -- are all a short drive away. The owners of the house live right next door and are available for help, advice, and recommendations 24/7.

The house is well stocked with linens, towels, dinnerware, cutlery, and everything else we needed during our extended stay. All the furniture and the bed were comfortable. Internet and television are Wi-Fi state of the art. You will want to spend a lot of time in the pool surround, with sunny and shaded areas and a good gas grill.

We used this house as a base from which to explore the whole area of Southwest Florida, for fishing trips, nature preserves, and photography in places such as the Everglades National Park, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, and the Ding Darling Nature preserve on Sanibel Island. Nearby city parks have playgrounds, tennis courts, and walking paths.

In short, everything was good, and nothing was bad. This home and its location provided us with exactly the vacation we were looking for, and we thoroughly enjoyed every day of our stay.
