Tons of light inside from windows and skylights. Eat-in kitchen. High-ceiling great room with fireplace. Large flat screen TV in basement play room. One car garage. Infra red sauna.

Heated pool, large rear deck for entertaining, grilling and outdoor dining. Outdoor shower. Childrens' swing set, climbing structure with slides and sand box.

Private setting. Location is incredibly convenient to whatever you want to do.

First of all, the house was spotless. To me that was the most important thing. The kitchen, the bathrooms... everything was SUPER clean.

Other pluses were that the house was a great size. A private upstairs master bedroom on it's own floor gave tremendous privacy - and three bedrooms on the main floor were great for the family to hang out together. There was even a finished basement with another bedroom which would have provided guests with essentially their own mini apartment, including private entrance.

The house also had everything you could ever need... huge barbecue, extra propane tanks, every kitchen appliance, hair dryers, board games, wifi, beach towels, etc... Just bring your toothbrush.

This does not feel like a house set up to be a rental... but as a home that happens to be available to rent.


The location of the house was great. It was about 10 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to Sag Harbour, 2 minutes to Bridgehampton and 10 minutes to South. Super central. Also an easy cab from the train or Jitney.

The house is also on a street with no through traffic so there is very little noise from traffic.


The owners of the home were superb and accessible. They answered every question by email, text or phone and responded to everything in a timely manner. They were extremely welcoming, gracious and flexible. It was a pleasure working with them.

Quiet subdivision. Centrally located. Easy pop into Bridgehampton Village and Sag Harbor. Short drives to Southampton or East Hampton via backroads to avoid traffic. Wineries, Hampton Classic, Bridgehampton Commons, Main Street, horse stables, golf, beach, shopping and services all a short drive away.
