Deceiving pictures but still nice
After just staying I'm speculating the pictures were taken professionally and edited with a filter to enhance the overall appearance, making the condo look nicer than reality. The condo high mountain location, view, pool, arcade room do make up for the condos actual cleanliness....but wish i knew exactly what i was getting for my money before arriving.
This property has an amazing view. We loved waking up to see the mountains everyday. My only caution to future visitors would be to bring plenty of kitchen supplies if you plan on cooking. There were only two skillets. No saucepans, lids, or cookie sheets. We had to improvise heavily to cook dinners. Other than that minor issue, the place was a good value.
The property was really nice. However, the details when booking the property really lack. You don’t learn that the condo is up three flights of stairs until two weeks before the reservation.... would have been nice to know this at the beginning, wouldn’t have booked it then considering i have a handicapped mother in law. We were provided pretty much NO INSTRUCTIONS for the key box. Just a code. I had to figure out the rest of my own. Wasn’t informed that their actually wasn’t a key, to the key box. The property was very clean, and tidy.
Beautiful condo 5 stars, cleaning 2 stars
I would give 5 stars for this beautiful condo, but some repairs would be necessary, the cleaning is mediocre, the balcony glass door should be replaced, the windows and frames are dirty, there are no cooking pots, only a few pans, there is just one tv with cable and the bathtub is for few buildings... what I can not understand is why we had to pay separately for cleaning, but when you leave you have to:
“- Take out the trash
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile”

We encourage guests to contact them with concerns while they're at the condo so adjustments can be made so you can have a comfortable stay. The check-out instructions mentioned are guidelines for guests to follow and are standard for vacation rentals. They greatly help streamline the cleaning process for the next guests checking in. The overall condo was nice and neighborhood. When we first got there we were half hour early but we then received a message stating check in time. When I walked up to the 3rd floor, no elevator, to make clear it was unclean. We then left to go get dinner came back after 4, but it was still unclean. When I called they stated they had heavy check at which started at 11 a.m. It took an hour before they got there so my daughter and I waited and ate in a dirty condo. The ladies were very nice and apologized several times, but at that time I was very irritated. Our second problem was the cable. There were two t.vs mind you as stated, but only one worked with either cable or wifi. The one in my daughters room didn't and wasn't going to work due to not having any access to the Internet or cable. The cable got turned off our first night and didn't get turned back on for almost two days. Cable man couldn't drill holes w/o the manager being there, so we had the one t.v the entire stay. The gentleman that I had to talk to was very friend. We also had a patio door that didn't lock, which made it feel unsafe. Being on the top floor made it a little comfortable. Last the bathroom floor squeaked loud everytime I walked in the masters and you could literally hear everything the people under us did! It was as if they were on the top floor and we were on the bottom. We didn't have a great experience but that was us. We won't be returning.

We apologize for the issues you encountered upon check-in but we're glad they were ultimately resolved in a professional way with the cleaning company. We have shared your comments with the homeowner and they informed us that they will be sending a maintenance contact out to the condo to fix the door so it can lock properly. We note that there are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator to reach the condo, but we're sorry if that location caught you off guard. Thank you for giving us the means to improve. It was wonderful. We loved the stay there it was so clean and very pretty.
Only had one scary experience. While we were eating lunch a lady unlocked our door and walked in without even knocking. She said that she didn't hear anyone in the room and she needed to check on the room. Thats is kinda strange that a person would just walk into your room and do this.
