Lovely modern townhouse
Great family weekend away. Fit 9 adults and an infant comfortably. Just bring your own toilet paper, not enough for the weekend. Will stay again!
The house is modern and clean. However, there is no heating in the bedroom which makes it quite cold at night. It is extremely noisy in the bedroom downstairs. Anyone who took 1 step upstairs would create a loud squeaky noise downstairs. No one could sleep downstairs until everyone upstairs have gone to bed. The security of the house was also a bit of a concern. There was no covering on the glass at the front door and back door of the house which means people can see right through. With the property located in a dead end and lots of little kids staying there, this was a big concern to us. Would appreciate if there's some covering to the glass of the doors and also extra locks to the doors that would help us feel safe. Staff was only available 9-5 which is also another problem for us. We will choose to stay in another place where there is a contact number we can call up in case we need help.
It is always valuable to receive feedback after a guest has stayed in one of our properties. At all times we work with our owners to ensure the comfort and security of holiday makers to the Snowy Mountains. This property has both an electric wall heater and a gas heater in the upstairs living area which very adequately warms both bedrooms upstairs as well. In the downstairs area there is an electric wall heater in the hallway and a large oil heater in the bedroom. In addition to all of this all three bathrooms have in-floor heating and remain warm constantly. At no time have we ever had comment about the transfer of noise between floors and do not feel this is an issue. The property is very secure and the glass panel at the front door is designed to allow occupants to see who is at the front door before opening it. This is a security feature, not an issue. After hours numbers are on the front door of our office and listed on all pre-arrival emails to ensure guests can feel supported during their stay. It is important to note that a guests experiences can sometimes be coloured by their own personal circumstances.

Great house to stay. Modern, warm and spacious with a great location. Only a couple of minute walk to the village. All the staff I dealt with were extremely friendly, will definitely be booking with this company again
