Poorly Prepared Property

The location is great and communications worked fine however when we arrived we found the balcony and BBQ very dirty as well as some unwashed cups and cutlery in the kitchen (put away but not washed). We also had some broken lamps and a very noisy fan in the ensuite. The place needs some TLC and professional cleaning

Warm and cosy

Had all the facilities for my family 2A, 3C (ages: 16,6,2). The free wifi entertain my children and kept us parents sane. The heaters kept as warm and toasty. Couldn't have done without the washing machine and dryer. I like how there was a dryroom, that kept all snow wear dry for the next day. I also liked how the living area can be closed off from the two bedrooms, ensuring that noise and heat stayed in! The room design was also easier as well in terms of supervision. My only annoyance wasn't the accommodation but towards other residents/guests who continued to park in the unit allocated carpark! I and my family enjoyed our stay and would recommend the accommodation to others. Thanks for such a cosy and clean stay!
