Sunny apartment that's recently renovated and with new furniture, located at the heart of Lincoln Park, minutes from DePaul, Whole Foods, and access to the city via the red/purple/brown lines.
A queen memory-foam mattress in the bedroom, a queen-size memory-foam mattress inside a Klaussner sofa bed in the living room, 50" flat screen smart LED high-definition TVs with assorted apps, Netflix included, and everything you need for cooking and dining.
The apartment is cozy, and the furniture, the linens, the towels, and the appliances are all new.
A Keurig machine stocked with coffee, Samsung washer & dryer prepared with detergent and dryer sheets, Bosch dishwasher also prepared for your use, and other stainless steel appliances. The shower is stocked with Whole Foods' 365 shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Kitchen is stocked with all the necessary utensils and is ready for your cooking. Whole Foods is super close, and apartment has fast WiFi.
Located next to Whole Foods, Forever Yogurt, CVS, numerous restaurants, Fullerton train stop (red, purple, brown lines), DePaul University, and some of Chicago's most amazing night life. Only 2 stop train ride from Wrigley.
Parking is free on the street adjacent to the property, but is subject to availability.
The property is a 3 minutes walk from the Fullerton train stop, giving you access to Chicago's attractions in minutes (Red, Brown, and Purple lines).
Take the Red line 2 stops north to Wrigleyville or 3 stops south to the Magnificent Mile and downtown, or 5 stops south to Millennium Park and the Loop.
Everything in the property is provided in like new condition -- please respect the space and future guests, and help us maintain the quality of the space -- hopefully for your own next visit! Please no children below the age of 10.
Help us make sure that your stay is enjoyable for all parties involved. You are responsible for ALL members of your group. Make sure that everyone in your group adheres to the following basic rules: No Parties. No Smoking Indoors. No Unauthorized Guests. No Pets. No Loud Noises. Remove trash and clean after yourself.
Inform us promptly if ANYTHING gets damaged or stained. The sooner we know, the quicker we can fix it.
Please treat our home as you would your own. You do not need to leave the space as impeccably clean as you found it, but please leave it reasonably clean, take off your shoes, do not smoke indoors, throw away trash, and pile up anything that requires washing. We'll do the laundry and get the space impeccably clean and ready for the next guests!
We love traveling and we love cooking, and VRBO/Homeaway is just perfect for making it all happen! We also enjoy music, new technology (check out all the tech in the apartment!), trying new restaurants, and spending time outdoors. We used to live in California and in North Carolina, and we studied Business and Hospitality Management in college. Happy traveling!

This unit is beautiful! Spotless from top to bottom, an abundance of fresh clean linens provided... blankets, comforters, towels etc etc etc. The unit is fully stocked with everything you need to get you started. The owners are amazing! They provided milk, fresh fruit and snacks for us upon arrival. They personally met us to show us around, answer our questions and made sure everything was perfect!! And their response time to questions is immediately. I highly recommend this unit and will stay there again!!
We stayed for 4 nights over the thanksgiving holiday weekend. The place is comfortable, clean, modern, well-stocked and overall awesome! Thanks John and Amy for sharing this spot, it helped make our family visit better than ever.

My husband and I have stayed in several homeaway homes in various cities, and this one definitely tops our list of favorites. The entire experience from owner communications, to check in, amenities of the unit, location of the unit, our stay within the unit, to check out was seamless. Owner provided thoughtful touches such as fresh fruit, OJ, milk, & snacks to start out our stay as conveniences. He also checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. They were also very accommodating to our special request to check in a bit early due to a early incoming flight. I cannot say enough good things about our experience -We will definitely be back again, and would highly recommend this home to anyone considering a stay in Chicago. Close to the train grocery store and restaurants too! The owners have stocked this home with many thoughtful touches including a washer and dryer. This was wonderful because we were able to do our laundry prior to departing. The place was immaculate too! Thank you for a wonderful stay. :)
This apartment exceeded my expectations. Other reviewers have commented on the great location for trains, shops, the lake etc, all of which is true. In addition, I also discovered a good theatre within a few blocks and felt quite safe walking by myself home after the performance. The condo itself is very secure.
Like others, I appreciated the great planning that had gone into provisioning the apartment, ie, first class cooking implements, basic food supplies to start you off, a coffee machine, umbrellas, ponchos, a first aid kit etc, etc. So many little details showed careful thought for the visitor's comfort. Congratulations John and Amy, your lovely, clean and comfortable apartment was a delight to enjoy for 5 special days.
We loved staying at this well appointed, attractively decorated, comfortable and clean small apartment. It had everything we needed and more. We appreciated all the extra touches including the fruit, juice and coffee. We enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants and easy access to the train. Delightful!
