We purchased this home because of the location. My son-in-law new three of the previous owners. We were quite familiar with the changes that had been made over the years and fell in love with it. It is cozy and comfortable and in an ideal location.
This 1918 home sits on a corner of the most popular area in Logan. The house still has the original tile in the bathroom. Worn, but still very pretty. There are a lot of original pieces in this house, like some of the hardware and doors. It has been updated enough to make it comfortable, and still harbors some of the original flare.
Perfect home away from home; clean and well-equipped; very comfortable ... will definitely book/stay again!
My family just finished our second stay at this property. When we visit my 91 year old mother this house is a perfect place for all of us to stay together (we all live out of town). There are two bathrooms and we had 7 adults staying there with no problems. The house is neat, clean, well stocked and the location is terrific. Yesterday afternoon (4:00 pm, December 11) we watched the nearly full moon rise through the Logan canyon gap, visible from the dining room window. PERFECT!!!!!
My young family stayed here for one month while my husband took summer courses at USU. It was a well appointed home and we were grateful the owner helped us with a good rate for our extended stay. The location was so perfect...it is even higher than the temple, at the top of the city with great views. We went on many great walks to the temple and the super awesome playground literally 3 minutes away. The beds are comfy, but the beds in the "trundle bed" room are not sturdy, so I wouldn't plan on using that room for adults. The home even has a great basement with a large tv/wii and futon that we weren't expecting. I loved the washing machine and dryer in the spacious laundry room. The owner provides you with many amenities and has very good taste. The home is very clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place. The only people I wouldn't recommend it for are people who plan on having large parties. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and the property manager keeps a very close eye on it. It is good for families, and okay for young children. The guest bed even has some fun coloring books and toys. The difficult part with young kids are the stairs are a bit dangerous and the home has a lot of nice things so you have to be careful they don't break anything or stain the lovely light sectional. This is a great little home. Even better than expected.
We had a wonderful time. The view was incredible and the Boulevard was great to walk on. Would love to come back next year from August 15th for 6 weeks.

Beaver Mountain ski resort is 25 miles up Logan Canyon. Very beautiful in both winter and summer. The ski resort is locally owned and priced accordingly.
Bear Lake is 45 miles up Logan Canyon. It is one of the most spectacular blue color lakes anywhere. Swimming, boating and fishing are popular on this lake. Raspberry shakes are a must have. Locally grown and harvested!
Plenty of hiking, camping, and fishing in Cache Valley. A short drive up Logan canyon to Tony's Grove lake. An afternoon can be spent swimming, boating and fishing as well as a beautiful camp ground within walking distance of the lake.
