Happy Ours is a comfortable, affordable and elegant house, conveniently located only a short stroll from the popular waterfront and boat ramp in the quiet seaside, fishing town of Patonga Beach. Happy Ours is perfect for small families or couples bursting with natural lighting, modern furnishings, floorboards throughout and only minutes drive to Umina and Ettalong Beach shops, cafes and eateries. Main bedroom has a queen bed, while the sunroom has a tri bunk bed.

A lovely escape from Sydney

A renovated beach shack with a great bathroom and kitchen. Moments from the beach and creek. A kayak and boogie boards are there for use. Thanks Happy Ours. We had a lovely escape from the omicron grind.
