We, as owners, want our guests feel at home & encourage the

owners to keep the units updated. Owners are from New Jersey and hope their guests enjoy the condo as much as they do. They are happy to share their "paradise" with you.

Many of the guests make return visits from year to year and become part of the Indian Harbour Beach Family.

The on sight management is there for everyone's convenience if anything is needed. Lynn, Vicki, & Chip are very friendly, helpful and strive to maintain the property.

They take pride in trying to make the guests feel welcome.

Having on sight management and the availability for short term rentals was very instrumental in purchasing this property. Also, having the pool located close to the beach makes it convenient and accessible plus gives an open view of ocean. There is a mixture of young & old with the job opportunities offered in the Space Coast. Also, there are three causeways that cross over to the inland communities. This is a real plus in case of any needed emergency evacuation and also allows traffic to move steadily without the overwhelming traffic jams that exist in the more Southern parts of Florida.

Only 1 hour from Orlando Airport, Disney theme parks. 30 min. from Port Canaveral Cruise ships & gambling boat, 20 min. from Cocoa Surfing Beach & Ron Jons Surf Shop, 15 minutes from Melbourne Airport, 30 minutes from Vero Beach outlets & Sebastian inlet.

Perfect vacation stay!!

We have stayed in many places in Florida for vacation and this was one of the best. The condo was clean and spacious, and this unit is probably the closest you can actually get to the ocean on the entire strip! There are two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms, which was great for our family of 4. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door to the lanai and ocean, so you can hear the ocean every night while sleeping, which is always a requirement for us. Overall, no complaints and would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!!!

Great view but shared with ants

This condo could use some updating with the furnishings but the view is really amazing and you get 2 sliding glass doors - 1 in the livingroom and 1 in the bedroom. It's right on the water so you get amazing, unobstructed views of the ocean. The view is really what makes this condo worth renting. We had issues with ants in the kitchen that moved to the livingroom. I sent an email to the management and never got a response. So I called 2 days later and left a voicemail (they are closed on the weekends) and, to date, no one has ever gotten back to me. In light of this, I would not recommend staying here again. The point of renting this kind of accommodation is so you can buy your own food and it'll be cheaper and more homey. We couldn't keep food in this condo because of the ant problem. They even swarmed my sweater!

Add to that, the construction in the small parking lot and this made staying here not worth it. So, while the view was amazing, I would say skip this one until the ants (and construction in the parking lot) are taken care of. I wouldn't recommend it.

Owner's Response: As owners we take pride in our condo and make every effort to make it an enjoyable stay for our guests. Onsite management tries to be available for specific request, or to rectify problems in a timely manner. Extermination is done on a regular basis and a call was made to address the ant problem. It seems that the recent hurricane may have been the cause of some unfortunate issues, including delay in the carport construction, which will be completed before Thanksgiving. Sandy and Ted
