House is perfect for our huge family.

  • 5 of 5

Owners were attentive to our needs. The house was definitely our "home" away from home. Very spacious bedrooms, kitchen was perfect, living room was comfortable. Outdoor swing was our youngest daughter's favorite place to read. Close to the stores, neighbors friendly, neighborhood is quiet.

Thank you so much for everything!! Really enjoyed our week long stay.

Historical Feel

  • 5 of 5

We had a very nice 3 night stay. I felt refreshed each morning after a good comfortable night's rest. Really enjoyed the "old time" feel. Had one issue and the owners fixed within an hour. Overall we would stay again. Thanks Pat.....

Great house

  • 4 of 5

We loved the house. Very nice host, great communication. Warm upstairs but the owner is working on that it seems. Great place to stay if you need to get to Branson but don't want to stay in Branson.

Beautiful home

  • 5 of 5

Loved the two story home. Sat in the front porch swing every day. As we read, we listened to the birds sings. Enjoyed the fireflies at nite. Inside we had all the home amenities we needed. Lovely air-conditioned three bedroom, two bathroom home with a comfy front room and large dining room table. Great place to stay!

Perfect for Our Family of 9

  • 5 of 5

We each had our favorites about Mitchell Manor. It was truly a home for us away from home. We felt it as soon as we entered. Mrs. Pat was helpful in every way and kind about my many questions even weeks before we arrived. She wanted to be certain we had what we needed and beyond. We needed absolutely nothing. I can't think of anything to add to the place! The hubby loved the antique house. The boys liked the spaciousness, "all" of the rooms, and one got his own room for the first time ever! They also said the good neighbors, the big driveway for the van, quick drive to activities, and that it had two showers. The girls said the cellar (we don't have those at home), the two living rooms, and the youngest said sleeping. I suppose she was quite comfy. The oldest girl said her bed was even more comfy than hers at home. It was just perfect. The kids were able to run off some good energy in the back yard or swing on the front porch while I prepared a meal. The table was plenty used. We were afraid it wouldn't be big enough, but no worries once we were there. The fridge was large with an ice maker. I could write all night. There was plenty of closet space. I was impressed with absolutely everything. We even got to meet the lady that came in to spruce it up after our stay. She was a sweetie too. The owners came by to make sure everything was good and asked for input on what to do different. It's not very often that I can say, I cant' think of it! Seriously. Every utensil I thought of was there; dishes for any cooking I could do; towels; wash cloths; you think of it, it's there already. These folks know how to set you up! Everything worked! We will be going straight back to this house when we come back to the area. This is kind of a silly thing but there was access to cleaning supplies. I wasn't expected to use them but I could. Maybe that just comes with a bigger family. The washer and dryer held up to our crew as well! I can't say enough. There were kids riding bikes and skateboards in the neighborhood. We took a nice walk around the neighborhood and folks were just always friendly and respectful. We were impressed with the Price Cutter right down the road being well stocked too. Loved it! We will be back! Thank you so much for all of the love and care that you put into this place for folks like us. <3
