This fully remodeled beach home offers stunning floor to ceiling sheer glass windows that provides for maximum beach and sunset views from the Master br, Living room, and Kitchen. The main living area has a convenient open floorplan that is ideal for entertaining guests & engaging with your closest family & friends. Features include granite countertops, travertine floor tile, custom interior paint, recessed lighting throughout, stainless steel appliances, central air conditioning & Heating, newly renovated bathrooms, & much more.
Furniture includes 2 beautiful white leather sofas that seats 6 people, a dining nook for 4, and a gorgeous 60" wall mounted TV with DVD Player located in the main living area. The Master bedroom features a casual styled collection built with solid pine wood, modern low-profile footboard Queen bed, drawer set lined with microfiber to protect your delicate belongings, 40" flat screen TV, his & hers closets, and a full en suite bathroom equipped with tub/shower combination & dual sinks. The second bedroom houses a Cal-King bed with it's own 50" TV & huge double wide closet. Rounding out the home is a second full bath (shower/tub combination) with stackable washer/dryer, and an attached parking garage for 2 tandem parking spaces (fits generally 1 mid sized SUV or 2 compact vehicles).
This modern 3-unit building offers the ultimate in vacation luxury, including reserved garage parking, an expansive 50' Ocean Front patio that is exclusive to our unit, outdoor BBQ Grill, and patio furniture that includes 4 lounge chairs & table seating for 2. We also offer beach amenities, including toys, chairs, and boogie boards. ***Please note hot tub shown in photos has been removed***

ADDITIONAL ITEMS We provide a starter kit of cleaning supplies (hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags), anything used beyond this is each guests' responsibility. Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes guests & visitors), some of which are mandated by State codes. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children age 2 or under. Guests must be atleast 25 years of age to book with us Smoking is prohibited on the premises Our home is suitable only for quieter groups. The ladies had an amazing stay. The accommodations were fantastic being right on the ocean with a patio that's not share with any other neighbors. We loved the fact it's on the ground floor and there's an awning on the patio for shade with enough seating for all of us. There are large TV's in all rooms, plenty of kitchenware with nice wine glasses for the 6 of us (not the plastic kind we normally see at other rentals!), comfortable beds, very clean and well kept, and the management company was easy to deal with.
The view is beautiful, lots of activities for everyone.
This property was perfect for our first time in San Diego! It was my husband, our 6 month old baby, and my parents. The condo worked perfectly for our needs. The master bedroom was large enough to fit a pack n' play and everyone felt like they had their own space. The view from the living room can't be beat. The patio was amazing for people watching and we used the grill a few nights to cook. The location was wonderful as well. We fell in love with Mission Beach and all it had to offer. My husband was happy he was able to run next door to rent a board and wetsuit whenever the surf looked good. It was great to be able to wheel the stroller right off the patio and onto the boardwalk to head out and explore. We enjoyed fish tacos at Sandbar, right around the corner, and Draft just down the boardwalk was also good. There's a Starbucks a block away which came in handy for me when I needed to get our early-rising baby out of the house so everyone else could sleep in. We had our groceries delivered, so the only time we used our rental car was the day we went to the zoo and on a trolley tour. We definitely hope to return!
The location is amazing as are the views. Very close to shops, restaurants etc. The only drawback to this property is the size of the parking space in the garage. If you have a large SUV it probably won't fit and street parking is a nightmare. The property manager was helpful with our questions.
We have our brother reunion in Mission Beach every year because the area is just fantastic. This is the first year we stayed at this beautiful home. We were very impressed with the property. It is clean, quiet, and has a beautiful view of the ocean (about 50 yds. away). The unit has many nice amenities for cooking, doing laundry, and cable t.v in each room. It's located right on the boardwalk and very close to markets, food, starbucks, and bike & surf rental places. We plan to stay at this home on our future get togethers. The owner Nick was responsive and professional. Can't wait for next year!!
