Little Green Guesthouse offers complete privacy and cozy accommodations. It is an easy walk to downtown Moscow and the University of Idaho.
Downtown you will find a variety of restaurants, or if you’d rather prepare your own meal in the guesthouse’s full kitchen, you can pick up some groceries at the local food co-op only a few blocks away.
Coffee, creamer, tea, and cooking oil are supplied as well as shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Other unique amenities include candles, plush robes, books, games, and a charcoal bbq. An electric fireplace available upon request.
Little Green Guesthouse offers a green lodging alternative. For more information, please visit my website, or send me an e-mail.
Along with running the guesthouse, I do payroll at the hospital and teach QuickBooks classes. I love traveling to unique places that are off the beaten track, kayaking, running, bicycling, and enjoying all that Moscow has to offer. My son and I live next door to the guesthouse.
Sharon purchased this cottage in 2008
The location of the guesthouse can't be beat if you'd like to leave your car parked during your stay and get around on foot.
The guesthouse is unique in that it has games, books, candles, robes, and a well-equipped kitchen. Half 'n half, coffee and teas are all supplied.
We really enjoyed our weekend in Moscow - We were first timers to the area and we loved the charming bungalow and it's location - convenient to everything and very quiet. The property is very well maintained and had everything that we needed. Sharon (the owner) was very helpful providing some great local tips on shops and restaurants (our favorites were the local Co-Op and the Sangria Grille).
We would love to come back again in the future. Thank you!
We loved our stay in the Little Green Guesthouse. It was immaculate and fully stocked with all the amenities. After a busy week end with graduation activities, each night we looked forward to a restful sleep in the quiet neighborhood. The owner Sharon was always available by text or call had we needed anything. I have already recommended her bungalow to friends who have children graduating next year.
University of Idaho campus is located just a few blocks away. The guesthouse is located to the east of it. To get to campus, you would cross at the intersection of Hwy 95 and just south of Moscow-Troy Hwy. This brings you to the Transit Center located on campus and the bike path that meanders through campus. The transit center is also where you can catch a free bus that offers 2 routes through town.
Washington State University is located 9 miles away.

VRBO does not offer an option for the Cancellation Policy that I use, so I had to choose "No Refund" as the option, but that is not my actual cancellation policy. My policy is this:
"For non-special event nights, 48 hours is required to cancel a reservation for a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to arrival, charges will be incurred for 1 night."
In the case of a cancellation, VRBO will collect your entire payment, and when it arrives in my account, usually 2 business days after check-in date, I will send you the money by check less the cancellation fees. I will take the cancellation fee off the net amount that is received.
Special event rates are charged for U of I and WSU Mom's and Dad's weekends, homecoming, and graduations, and there is a 2-night minimum for these event weekends. I typically only accept bookings directly from my website for these event weekends.
There are no cleaning fees.
