Great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

  • 5 of 5

This little home was very clean and welcoming, in a quiet location yet near shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook, and had newer appliances. They accepted our small dog that was a plus for us. We had fresh flowers on the table when we arrived. Our stay was 2 months long and we found much to do in and around Prescott. Would highly recommend this home.

Great vacation getaway!

  • 4 of 5

We loved the house and the communication with the owners was amazing! We also loved how pet friendly this place was and the convenient location to downtown Prescott!

The only reason why I give this 4 stars instead of 5 is that the house has an adjacent efficiency apartment, and unfortunately the bedrooms share a wall. We heard extremely loud snoring from next door both nights.

Prescott Getaway

  • 5 of 5

Charming cottage downtown where we could walk to everything. Was nice, bright, cheery and quite comfy (and no carpet, hurray!). Neighborhood was full of nice people out for walks and the proximity to downtown and 'The Local' was just what we wanted. Had all the amenities we needed. The owner was very sweet when I had questions before arrival. Would very much recommend Christine's perfect1930's home.

Nice place

  • 4 of 5

The house is nice. The only complaint I have is that you are expected to clean befor you leave. Strip the beds, run washing machine. Gather dirty towels. Vaccum and sweep. Wipe out the frigerator and more. You pay a lot of money to stay there and don’t think you should have to do housework on vacation. That cost of a cleaning service should be built in. I only did it because I was afraid of not getting my deposit back. I would not have stayed here if I knew that was part of the deal.

Wonderful cozy cottage

  • 5 of 5

We loved this little house. It was perfect for us and very near our event. The owner had everything ready for our early arrival. Her directions were clear and we liked having her recommendations on places to eat. The house was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We did not use the second bedroom but it looked like it would be fine. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.
