Great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

  • 5 of 5

This little home was very clean and welcoming, in a quiet location yet near shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook, and had newer appliances. They accepted our small dog that was a plus for us. We had fresh flowers on the table when we arrived. Our stay was 2 months long and we found much to do in and around Prescott. Would highly recommend this home.

Nice place

  • 4 of 5

The house is nice. The only complaint I have is that you are expected to clean befor you leave. Strip the beds, run washing machine. Gather dirty towels. Vaccum and sweep. Wipe out the frigerator and more. You pay a lot of money to stay there and don’t think you should have to do housework on vacation. That cost of a cleaning service should be built in. I only did it because I was afraid of not getting my deposit back. I would not have stayed here if I knew that was part of the deal.

Wonderful cozy cottage

  • 5 of 5

We loved this little house. It was perfect for us and very near our event. The owner had everything ready for our early arrival. Her directions were clear and we liked having her recommendations on places to eat. The house was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We did not use the second bedroom but it looked like it would be fine. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic rental in great location

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay at this cute little house in a historic section of downtown Prescott. Our two teenage boys, myself and my husband rented mid-week for a 4 day escape from Phoenix. The house was extremely clean when we arrived, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very comfortable, quiet, and close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings. Chris was very accommodating and responsive to us. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We would definitely come back and wished we could have stayed longer!

  • 5 of 5

After nine days in this cozy home, we would recommend it! There is one bedroom upstairs; a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen downstairs. Since there were only two of us, we just used the downstairs. The house has been updated, clean, and the living area felt roomy for a smaller home.

Other guests had mentioned the school and playground across the street. Some children would be out playing primarily in the morning, but the sounds of them having fun were not excessive and never bothered us even when we sat on the front porch drinking our coffee.

The furnishings were very comfortable which you don't often find when traveling. The kitchen included a full sized refrigerator/freezer, stove, and dishwasher and was roomier with than we expected with plenty of counter space, dishes, silverware, etc. The stack washer/dryer is a bonus for anyone staying longer than a few days.

We walked the neighborhood daily during our stay without any concerns. And, downtown Prescott is very close. Although we drove to it, we watched neighbors walk there each weekend. Another bonus is there is a restaurant at each end of the street (a block to one, and 2 blocks to the other) that are both easy to walk to.

Although we never saw the owners, they responded quickly to any questions we had which is a real bonus. And, our security deposit was refunded promptly.

Our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer than we did in this comfortable home!

Great location; Very cute home

  • 5 of 5

We were in Prescott for the weekend and enjoyed staying at this house. It was very close to Whiskey Row (10 minute walk), but still had a small neighborhood feel where we could park on the street without difficulty. Highly recommend "The Local", a breakfast/lunch spot just north of the home (which was recommended by the homeowner upon our check-in).

The house is well maintained and had everything we needed for the weekend.

Hoping to come back again!
