# Underground parking if you do have a car.

# Modern luxury throughout the unit. It looks nothing like rest of the building. One major difference is none of the bedrooms are on the public hallway as is the case with almost all other units in the building.

# Look right up the Ski area or at ski school from the couch. The 5th floor is above all other buildings in the area so this end unit has 270 degree views and is sure to not disappoint.

Why William Titler chose Steamboat Springs

We could not pass up the wonderful windows, large bedrooms and great common space. We looked at virtually every complex near the hill in Steamboat. This unit and property were perfect for us because of the proximity to skiing right on the snow easy access to ski school and easy to stop back for lunch. If we were going to be in the mountains, we wanted mountain views. Also, our building has a positive reputation for being quiet with a great shuttle that is easy to use and readily available.

What makes this condo unique

We really wanted underground parking, an elevator and end unit. A great shuttle and appropriately sized pool and hot tub for size of complex were also high on our list. The Bunk room was a clincher for us since that will allow the unit to hold two families easily.

Great location, very nice condo

The location could not be more convenient! The condo was very nice. The staff at checkin is very friendly. Convenient parking even though with the cartop carrier, we couldn’t get in the garage. Some minor complaints: There isn’t any shampoo, conditioner, lotion or even bath soap. We came with none and had to go without the first night. We also quickly ran out of Kleenex with no backup. The beds in the bunk room are very hard.

Best spot in steamboat!

This was the second time we rented this unit. It is in an ideal location and the views are magnificent! The rooms are well suited for families and updated. Our thanks to the owners. Hoping we can come again soon!

Great views, not exactly luxury.

Overall, this place is decent because of the space and location but we have quite a few issues with the description listed on VRBO.

1. This place sleeps 8 and not 9 unless you consider a sectional in the main living area a bed or you expect three people to sleep in a king which is weird. The bunk beds were very wobbly.

2. The dishwasher wasn’t attached to the countertop so every time you opened it, you had to have someone hold the door so the racks didn’t slide right out.

3. The flies by the sliding doors were disgusting. This home was not cleaned very well or has low standards if having dead flies around is normal.

4. The television boxes that were piled on the floor in the family room corner was interesting and not safe. The online picture is very different from the plastic Rubbermaid shelving with no drawers that are apparently supposed to house these boxes.

5. The guest bathroom has pink mold on the shower curtain.

6. Great location but very noisy at 5am when service trucks are beeping.

For this price during ski season you can find something nicer in the same location. Unless the owners decide to correct these issues, look elsewhere.

Owner's Response: I am sorry for the issues with the stay. We have changed out the TV service in the two bedrooms to be YoutubeTV with a Roku. We also spoke to the cleaning team and inspected the unit ourselves after the last stay. If anyone does have issues they normaly will call and I can get the issues fixed quickly, if I do not know it is hard to get items fixed.

Nice condo in an excellent location!

The condo is an excellent location that is within walking distance to the kiddie ski area, a few chairlifts, and the gondola. If you don't feel like cooking, the Slopeside Grill is a one minute walk from the condo elevator. There was one technical issue that was not resolved during our stay. The televisions in the two bedrooms did not work at all during our stay and while it wasn't a big deal, it would have been nice for the kids to watch a movie in their room. That said, William (owner) is very easy to work with and responds to all questions or issues very quickly.
