# Modern luxury throughout the unit. It looks nothing like rest of the building. One major difference is none of the bedrooms are on the public hallway as is the case with almost all other units in the building.

# Look right up the Ski area or at ski school from the couch. The 5th floor is above all other buildings in the area so this end unit has 270 degree views and is sure to not disappoint.

Why William Titler chose Northwest Colorado

We could not pass up the wonderful windows, large bedrooms and great common space. We looked at virtually every complex near the hill in Steamboat. This unit and property were perfect for us because of the proximity to skiing right on the snow easy access to ski school and easy to stop back for lunch. If we were going to be in the mountains, we wanted mountain views. Also, our building has a positive reputation for being quiet with a great shuttle that is easy to use and readily available.

What makes this condo unique

We really wanted underground parking, an elevator and end unit. A great shuttle and appropriately sized pool and hot tub for size of complex were also high on our list. The Bunk room was a clincher for us since that will allow the unit to hold two families easily.

Wonderful Location - Perfect for having fun!

The unit was just perfect for our group. The kitchen is nice and large and the views from all the windows were amazing. We used the restaurants downstairs and loved being in the middle of the base area.

Perfect Location, Spacious Place, Extrememly Easy

Truly, it's a 4++!!! Had a wonderful stay! Owner very easy to contact. Great location especially for days when a change of clothing 1/2 way through is needed! Location really couldn't be better. Home fully stocked with everything you could need. Ski locker right outside door, was great too! I would have given it another 1/2 star, if I could. There was one little annoyance. It's great to have televisions in every room, but because of the very complicated system, we could only get one to work. It's a problem I noticed other reviewers had, too. Needs to be simplified, in my opinion. But, truly a minor detail. If thinking of renting...DO!

Great view at a great spot!

We absolutely loved our stay at this unit in the Torian Plum. It is beautifully updated and has fantastic views of the slopes!!!! It is also very conveniently located to the essential amenities - like restaurants, shops, and ski rentals. Hope we can come again soon!!!!

Great home-base for a young family's ski week

We recently stayed at Torium Plum #501 for ski week. We traveled with my parents and my 3 kids ages 7, 4 and 2.

The reviews were great, and my expectations were met! The condo complex itself is dated, but well run and very well located!

Although the Toriun Plum sits above the main ski resort area, the benefit is that it’s in a super sunny spot surrounded by a handful of awesome restaurants. There was a delicious breakfast place. And every day at 4pm we’d convene in front of Slopeside Grill for Apres Ski while our kids played in the snow. We would get every last minute of sun before it set on the horizon (while the village below was in shadows starting hours earlier).

The unit itself is just at it appears in the pictures - very pretty! Potentially smallish for a long stay, but we were comfortable for 5 nights.

Because we have a 2-year old, someone was inside almost all of the time. The huge windows of the unit overlook the ski slope and lower lifts — so you would feel like you were in on the action even if you're relaxing on the sofa.

Finally, the property owner/manger is wonderful. He was super accessible the whole time and made sure we had everything we needed (including some great tips) to have a great family vacation!

Great location and unit

We loved the unit very nice and close to everything. Kitchen was well equipped and bed are very comfortable. Amazing views this is why we rented the unit. It was great to sit on the coach and watch what all is going on outside. You can see the whole hill from different angles since your on the corner. Units is totally updated and very nice decor. Only negative I have is on first day the plug in hall bath wasn't working and also TV in master we called and they said they were going to fix but never called back so everyone had to do their hair in master bedroom bath. We never called back cause it wasn't a big deal for us. Luckily it didn't impact our stay but some people it could have been a big problem. Only reason I didn't give a lower star for this was the unit was so nice and I'm just hoping this was a one time mishap.
