The sunsets from this unit are amazing. South Harbour 2E overlooks Little Sabine Bay. You'll never have to drive once you have parked your car. You are within walking distance to everything Pensacola Beach has to offer. Dining, night life, strolling on the beach. You are in the heart of Pensacola Beach! This 2nd floor, 2 bedroom 2 bath unit sleeps 6. The master has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen. There is wifi throughout the unit. There is a private beach.
We had a amazing girls trip the condo was verry nice and the view from our balcony was very peaceful. The manger was very nice and kept in touch to make sure every thing was ok and Dan the mantiance man was very helpful as well would recommend this condo very highly enjoyed our stay would of loved to have stayed longer
Pros: Good location, right over the bridge. Walking distance to shops and the public beach. Has a decent pool. Fairly priced.
Cons: The rooms were very small and had too big of furniture. We had 2 adult couples and a 2 year old. There was no room in either room to fit an air mattress or pack n play for the baby. The shower was also incredibly stopped up so it was too gross to give the baby a bath in. Also, the property owner and property management group were not good about giving information. I had to call the property manager several times the week we were coming to get information on how to get into the property and what the address was. After we left, no one seemed to be able to give us a time frame for when we would get the damage deposit back. FYI, it's about 1-2 weeks.
The condo was in a perfect location for walking to restaurants and bars as well as beach access. We had a great view of the harbor from the balcony...would definitely stay here again and plan on it!

Very nice place! Close to the beach and right on the bay, which has awesome sunsets. Park your car in the secure gated parking lot, leave it there because you are in the middle of everything, an easy quick walk to Shaggy's, Red Fish Blue Fish, and Paradise Inn beach bar. The property owner, Matt, is helpful and accommodating. It was spot on in every way.
