About M Balcerzak

We are a large family who lives down in Denver and loves everything about Summit County. We love summer as much as winter in the mountains and savor every moment we get to spend there.

M Balcerzak purchased this house in 2015

Why M Balcerzak chose Summit County Colorado

We had spent several years looking at different properties. As soon as we walked in the door, we knew we had found our home. The size is perfect for our expanding family, allowing our children and grandchildren to enjoy everything we love about the mountains with us.

What makes this house unique

The location of the home is ideal for us, allowing us to acces the home via the Loveland Pass as well as through Silverthorne. Also, as it backs up to National Forest giving us the privacy a large family with small children needs, we have access to the activities we love from our back door!

Relaxing- just what we needed

  • 5 of 5

Our family spent 4 nights here, a perfect way to wind down the summer. The house has everything you need for a large group, and plenty of space to spread out. Location is quiet yet convenient to resort area or to go into Dillon/Silverthorne for supplies. Loved it and would definitely return!

Very NIce! We Thououghly Enjoyed Our Stay

  • 5 of 5

The house was perfect for out group of 13 that included our kids and grand kids. The accommodations were comfortable for all. There was more than enough kitchenware for our whole group. The beer refrigerator was an added bonus that allowed us to use the refrigerator for food without competing for space with a couple of twelve packs.

There is a trail behind the house that many of us used for both long and short hikes, challenging enough for the younger generation, but easy enough for my 77 year-old body to have a couple of miles of hiking without wearing my self out. :-)

While we had a couple of minor issues, the owner was very responsive, and they didn't affect our stay.

The house is on a dead end road, isolated enough that we weren't aware of the neighbors. It was a quiet place to relax and enjoy the mountains. I particularly liked the balcony off the master bedroom that allowed me to sit and read quietly.

Dillon and Frisco were convenient for shopping and dining as was Keystone Resort. One trick we learned midweek was that the Dam Road is a quick way to reach Frisco, Our GPS had led us the long way.

My wife and I recommend this house and would come back if we had an occasion to return to the area.

Spacious home in a beautiful setting

  • 5 of 5

The home is larger than it looks in pictures. It is well laid out for privacy and the setting is spectacular. Wonderful spot for a family vacation; secluded but near many activities.

AMAZING get away home

  • 5 of 5

This home exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating my mom's 60th birthday. There was plenty of space for us all to gather, as well as spread out and have space. The outdoor space is amazing! The owners were also very helpful in answering any questions and assisting with anything we needed while we used their beautiful home.

Great stay, no issues, lovely house and location

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time staying at this house. The ease of access through the garage, big open spaces, plenty of bedroom space, plenty of bathroom space, hot tub, and heated bathroom floors were all very good perks of the house. We would definitely go back!
