Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 6 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed and there is a pull out queen sofa in the living room. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

Excellent homebase for Zion

My husband and I stayed here for one week in November, 2017. The place had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, the sofa was okay, the TV worked. We stayed in separate rooms and both found the beds to be comfortable and really enjoyed each having our own bathroom. The downstairs has an additional toilet, which is great, because then you don't have to run upstairs everytime you want to go. All of the bathrooms were helpfully stocked with supplies, such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues, and lotion. (In the upstairs bathrooms, be sure to look in the cabinet under the sink, if you would like to use the host's shampoo and conditioner.)

The picture of the view from the balcony is not fake. You really do get a very lovely view of the red rock mountains surrounding the town. The picture of course does not do that justice. On one very stormy evening, the sunset took on particularly stunning tones and the contrast between the cliffs and the dark grey clouds was unbelievably beautiful.

On vacation, I usually cook dinner every night, because that way the food is both cheaper and better than eating out. And I found the kitchen to be adequately equipped. The stove was excellent. And of course it is great that the floorplan is open, so that I was easily able to interact with my husband from the kitchen.

It was very helpful to have a health food market only steps away. We are vegan and found it easy to acquire some of the more esoteric ingredients we like to consume. In addition, Harmons Grocery in St. George is in reasonable driving distance (something like 45-60 minutes) and is an amazing place to shop. It is huge and has literally everything you could think of, including a large variety of peeled and chopped vegetable. This was extremely handy. While I genuinely enjoy cooking while on vacation, I don't like to spend any more time doing it than necessary. Harmons even had a variety of Vegan desserts for my chocolate loving hubby.

Access to the park is fantastic. Jump in your car and you are inside the park within 5-10 minutes (at least during early November, when the lines are very long).

The one thing I'd change out this place if it were up to me is that I'd replace the counter height dining table and chairs with regular ones. They LOOK nice, but they are not comfortable for extended periods of time. My husband and I often play board games in the evening. The table and chairs available were not appropriate for that activity.

A wonderful condo

We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was great. The only problem we had was with the road construction on the main road which made travel difficult, but that could not be helped.

The house was super...very convenient location. Everything was clean and new and nice. We would recommend this townhouse and stay there again.

Location! Location! Location! ...... & views!

Booked for 3 nights with another couple for the last wknd of September, 2017. When we initially arrived around 5pm, the place was not cleaned due to a mix up with the cleaning company. We called the owner later that night after doing a quick hike and he called the cleaning crew. They came that evening while we went out to dinner. The crew was very apologetic and said for some reason the condo was not on her schedule. The owner was proactive and deducted one night stay because of this issue. Needless to say this was a very pleasant surprise!!!!

Pros:

- perfect for 2 couples, and possibly a 3rd they are willing to crash on a sleeper sofa

- location cannot be beat!! Grocery store, Gas station, restaurants, ice cream parlor, gift shops, and most importantly the #5 shuttle stop are all a very short walk distance from the unit. It's a very short drive to the state owned liquor store too.

- balcony in one of the bedrooms provide nice views of the mountains and moon during sunset.

- unit itself has all the amenities you need. Full size Samsung washer and dryer also helps so you don't have to overpack.

- both bedrooms have ceiling fans for those who get too warm at night.

Cons:

Nothing really!

Great proximity to shuttle and town, clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed staying here. The laundry was much appreciated and the WiFi worked well. The kitchen has all the basics. There's a nice view from the upper balcony. It was a little pricey.

Clean and comfortable

We arrived early in the morning (around 2:30 a.m.) at the condo, exhausted and ready to hit the hay. Finding the condo was easy, once our eyes adjusted to the dim light. There are no street lights here, for good reason. But be sure to have a flashlight handy so you can read the unit numbers. The house was sufficiently cool and the rooms were spotless.

The unit is very close to the Springdale shuttle pickup location. But I recommend getting up early on the weekends to beat the long lines. Departing the condo at 8:15 meant waiting for two shuttles to pass as they quickly filled. And if you're planning on using the park canyon shuttle, expect to wait. In Zion, the early bird catches the first shuttles.

Freshly brewed coffee is in abundance via a short walk to MeMe's cafe or across the road at two locations.

If you plan to cook, take advantage of the 24 hour Walmart in Hurricane. Or hit the Sol Foods grocery store across the street. The unit has sufficient cooking utensils ... although measuring cups and spoons would have been nice.

In all, a very enjoyable experience ... and quite comfortable!
