This second floor condo has a private elevator, offstreet parking, full size washer & dryer, a fully appointed kitchen & it is decorated Apalach Style. The covered veranda is across the entire length of the property - it's an inviting spot to sit a spell & watch the slow paced lifestyle go by. (1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed) Flat Screen TV. 4 Guests Maximum - no exceptions.

Loved the Ibis, extremely clean, great bedding, cute decorating, kitchen well equipped, cooked some of Apalachicola’s great seafood! Can think of nothing else we would need!
Perfect vacation getaway!
We booked the IBIS for a month and loved it. The condo itself is well appointed and in a great location. We walked to all the restaurants and shops, plus the riverside park daily. Sitting on the balcony waiting for the sunsets and watching others stroll by became our daily habit. We love Apalachicola, its friendly residents, raw oysters, the Owl restaurant and now the IBIS! Thanks to Kathy, LaDonna and Rhonda at Robinson Realty. We can' t wait to return for our next visit.

Seafood Festival Weekend
We rented the Ibis condo for our annual Seafood Festival weekend with friends. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shops in town.
We had a group of 4 and we all agreed the beds were comfy and the condo was large enough for us all. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the veranda. Kathy is great and so helpful!
We will make this our annual getaway condo!

The Calm Before the Storm
Right before Irma decided to grace Florida with her presence, I drove up from Tampa to meet my mother in law and sister in law from Pensacola. We spent a couple nights at the Riverfront Condo and had such a delightful time! The first thing that struck us was the peacefulness and how clean the property was. Tucked away at the end of Water street, it was still easy to walk downtown.
The mornings were spent on the back porch watching the boats go by on the Apalachian River and sipping coffee from Café Con Leche. It was so relaxing, it was almost noon before we got going!
We ate a wonderful lunch the first day at The Owl Café on Avenue D and afternoon coffee and sweets at Chocolate & Coffee on Market St. We were too full for dinner so got a bottle of wine at the Piggly Wiggly and drank it with some cheese and crackers on the back porch with the fans silently pushing the air.
Lunch on the second day was at the Old Time Soda Fountain on Avenue B where we had decadent, custom made banana splits. They use Blue Bell ice cream so you know they're good!
The best spot we found though was the Hole in the Wall on Avenue D. What an interesting evening! We wanted fried oysters which they were out of however the bartender took the time and personally shucked some for us . . . couldn't get any fresher! The fried shrimp was so lightly batter it was almost like they were grilled and the Gumbo was to die for. Our waitress was no nonsense and so funny! We ended up being the last to leave and even then hated to do so.
Back at the condo, we talked about all the wonderful shops we went to, food we ate, and locals who were so inviting! The only issue we had was the TV cable and the internet. We called Kathy who arrived about 15 minutes later and got everything working for us and this was around 6:30 pm on our second evening! Talk about great service!!
Can't say enough, this place is definitely the place to stay! I know I will be back again and sister in law wants to do it with husbands in tow this time. . .they can bring the boat and go fishing while we leisurely shop and unwind! Sounds like a winner.

We spent a long, relaxing weekend in this condo. I hesitate to call it a rental, because it was so much more like a home! The kitchen was well-appointed, beds were very comfortable, master bathroom was beautiful & had thick, plush towels. The laundry & private elevator were nice luxuries. Beautiful furnishings & spotlessly clean. We spent time on the veranda having coffee in the morning & ended each day there as well. The location is unbeatable. We parked our car when we arrived & didn't drive it again until we headed home. Within walking distance to everything. Kathy Robinson & the staff at Robinson Real Estate Company were wonderful to work with - friendly, attentive & professional. We can't wait to go back & we plan to stay here for all of our future visits to Apalachicola! Just perfection!!!

Best rental in Apalachicola!!!
We rented this condo for a month and couldn't have been happier. The location cannot be beat. It was furnished with quality items - beds and linens were very comfortable and plush. The furniture was clean, appropriate and well cared for. Kitchen clean and well stocked, again with quality items. The condo has a very large veranda that was situated to captured the afternoon sun and also lots of people watching yet lots of privacy. The booking was easy and the management staff very professional and helpful. Will definitely be back here.

No Smoking, No Animals of any kind allowed on property or face eviction with no refund and additional $500 charge. (property manager has other pet friendly properties 850-653-7196) Cleaning Fee doubled on Monthly Stay. 30 day cancellation Policy. 4 Guests Maximum - no exception. Guests must complete and return our rental agreement & credit card authorization form and provide a photo id. Up to 15% booking fee is added to all reservations booked and paid for through this website.
