Situated in the heart of Old Antibes our self catering holiday apartment is on the first floor of a traditional Bourgeois French building with high ceilings and original tomet tile floors. Our Old Town apartment in Antibes is within 5 minutes walk to the beaches, restaurants, shops and the largest marina on the Cote d'Azur and is perfect for those who like to be in the centre of a traditional French town. Rue Docteur Rostan is in a quiet picturesque street with a church and two restaurants. Our self catering apartment in Antibes has been recently refurbished to a high standard with traditional wooden furniture in the bedrooms & living room. The self catering apartment has two large bedrooms with one double bedroom with two windows and one twin bedroom with one window, a modern fitted kitchen (integrated fridge freezer, electric oven & hob), bathroom with shower & a large living room/dinning room. The apartment has a washing machine, satellite TV, DVD/CD player/radio and FREE WI-FI.

Our holiday letting apartment is a short walk to one of the largest yacht harbours in the Mediterranean. There are an abundance of quality restaurants, shops, galleries and cafes nearby. The wonderfully colourful Provençal Market is just two minutes walk away guaranteeing you the freshest local produce. The Picasso Museum and the impressive Roman Cathedral are also only a few minutes stroll away.

La Gravette beach is a lovely sandy beach less than 5 minutes walk away. It benefits from a breakwater making it particularly safe for children. Marineland, La Ferme du Far West, Aqua splash and Adventure Golf are only a ten minute drive away.

Antibes is in the prestigious heart of the Cote d'Azur between Nice and Cannes. Our holiday letting apartment is a 10 minute walk to the train station, there are regular trains to Cannes, Nice, Monaco and to Italy. Other places of interest are: Biot (famous for its glassware), Grasse (known for its fragrances & perfume museum), St Paul de Vence (a beautiful village known for its art), St Tropez, Menton, Eze, Ventimiglia, Grasse). Nice Airport is only 20 minutes away by taxi, bus or car.

It is also a good starting point for touring the Alpes Maritimes region, with its medieval perched villages, and spectacular gorges.

Sailing, yachting, water-skiing, wake-boarding, canoeing and wind surfing are all available locally. There are many golf courses in the area and there are tennis courts in the town. Skiing is available at Isola 2000 or Auron, both are about 1.5 hours drive away. The Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix are both in May. The Juan les Pins Jazz Festival is in July.

Great location. We stayed for two weeks attending CIA. We were able to walk everywhere as it is close to restaurants, beaches, markets, trains. Quiet safe side street. Fit our needs perfectly.

All windows in the bedrooms are double glazed. Both bedrooms also have radiators in them served by the central heating system.

Excellent location with lots of space - old town Antibes

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. A well maintained and updated apartment - a new washer, gas range and instant hot water. The location is excellent - the apartment is centrally located in the heart of the old town. Spacious and on a quiet street, I found it the perfect location in Antibes -very close to great restaurants, cafes, and markets. A short walking distance to the train station so day trips to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, etc are easy. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment in terrific location

Great location in the old city section of Antibes. Centrally located yet quiet. Apartment was perfect for 4 of us (including two pre-teen children). Fairly spacious and comfortable living/dining area. Kitchen is somewhat small, but complete, so we made a couple of meals with foods bought at the market. We also appreciated all the beach supplies. Our only small recommendation is to make the location of the apartment within the building a bit more clear within the arrival instructions, but we figured this out quickly enough, and Mark and Caroline responded quickly to questions. We would definitely stay again.

Great apartment; great location; everything you need

The apartment is in an ideal location for visiting Antibes, touring the area by car or doing day trips by train. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. Being on a pedestrian street, it is mostly quiet—there are a few chattering passers-by later than one might expect, but that is really very minor. I certainly recommend the apartment.

Just a hint, if you have a car, the street parking really works quite well. We were able to park within a very few blocks of the apartment every day. Given that the street parking is free for the 1st hour, 1 Euro for the next hour and you only pay from 9:00 to 12:00 and 2:00 to 6:00, it is a small cost. As well, if you park in the afternoon, whatever time you pay for past 6:00 p.m. gets added for after 9:00 the next morning.

There is everything within minutes of the apartment—a fantastic market, patisseries, boulangeries, brasseries, wine stores, cafes, bars, boutiques, etc, etc. You will want got nothing.

Lovely spacious 2 bed apartment. There was 4 of us, but there would be plenty of room for up to a family of 6. The apartment is very clean and the owners have thought of everything, bath towels, hand towels and even 2 beach towels in each bedroom. The apartment is on a pedestrianised street and is very secure and all cafes,shops and outdoor markets are very close by.

We visited Cannes and Nice on the Ligne 200 bus which is only 1.50. The bus station and the train station is only 10 mins walk away. We also visited

Biot village which is a beautiful medieval hilltop village. Also, Eze is well worth a visit, again a Medieval village perched on a hilltop.

We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely return.

It was lovely - beautiful town, clean well located apartment and great shops

It was just as described - very well laid out and clean.It also felt very safe and although close to all the shops, bars and restaurants it was very quiet.The kitchen was well equipped and great for cooking the fabulous local produce available.The owners were so helpful - the holiday was very relaxing due to all the information available concerning local amenities and transport.

Plage de gravette is so near and you can spend hours there swimming in the warm sea.It is very safe for children too.The flat is also a good base to explore - we had a fun journey to Monaco and Saint Juan Cap Ferrat.Highly recommend this flat and this area.

Our Old Town self catering holiday apartment in Antibes lies between Nice and Cannes on the beautiful French Riviera. It's a perfect location for exploring the French Riviera and the towns and medieval villages of Provence.The Old Town of Antibes has many attractions for visitors with numerous restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques. There are also several museums including the Picasso Museum. The old town of Antibes (Vieil Antibes) with cobble stoned streets hosts a traditional Provencal market each morning and numerous cafes and restaurants. Our Old Town self catering apartment in Antibes is 15km from Nice International Airport and within walking distance of the local Antibes SNCF railway station (TGV and regional trains). Antibes gives you the option of hanging out with the stars in Cannes, driving to one of the may local medieval villages (St Paul de Vence or Biot) or visiting the famous casino in Monte Carlo. The Old Town of Antibes is the perfect location for holiday letting .

Ski: Antibes is uniquely situated on the Mediterranean Coast but within driving distance to the Alps Maritimes. During the winter, summer sports are forgotten and skis are brought down from the attics. Best months for skiing are: Jan, Feb and March. For the serious skiers, the resorts of La Feux D'Allos and Auron are about a 2hr drive away and are fantastic, consisting of minimal piste runs but unlimited off-piste terrain to ski. Both resorts have traditional villages offering good accommodation and a selection of bars and restaurants.

Approx. a 1.5hr drive away is the resort of Isola 2000 that is best suited for the intermediate skier and offers immaculate pisted runs ranging from beginner blues to a couple of challenging black routes. Isola village offers a wide range of accommodation along with numerous French bars and a restaurants.
