Master bedroom: queen size bed, walk-in closet with hangers and dresser with drawers for your clothes. Sliding glass doors opening onto the back patio veranda.
Second bedroom: 1 day bed , which sleeps 2, dresser with drawers. My home will accommodate 4 comfortably and would prefer to keep the space to 4 people.

The house is a couple blocks away from the heart of downtown Culver City - a walkable neighborhood brimming with dozens of restaurants, a movie theater, Sony Pictures Studios, Trader Joe's, family-friendly park, Culver City stairs, weekly Tuesday's Farmer's Market, and shops.

I have seen this little town grow and blossom into a happening community! I enjoy art, entertainment, travel, and the outdoors... and am looking forward to meeting people from all over the world. I loved the street,and loved the house with the big picture window, and nice back yard! I could see the potential to make this my home !!
The benefits of my house is that it is in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to downtown culver city, with restuarants and theaters!!! Close to the beach and close to downtown! My home is spacious yet cozy!!!
We loved every part of this house and property. From off street parking to excellent landscaping. Large dining and living rooms made easy entertaining. The perfectly landscaped private backyard was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.
Our stay in this perfect little home could not have been more enjoyable. Our family of four found the size of the home (two bedrooms with a queen bed and a day bed/trundle), the location, and the beautiful private backyard perfect for our needs. The home was exactly as advertised and we were more than happy with our stay.This neighborhood's central location was a great jumping off point, whether we were going to the beach or Rodeo Drive. If you are looking for a home in the LA area, you will not find a better deal than this. Our host was easy to communicate with, and we highly recommend this home if you are needing a place to stay in the LA area.
I had no plans over the 4th of July holiday weekend, and decided to jet away to LA. I was looking for a fun, activity-filled weekend–with a quiet, peaceful place to retreat to at the end of the day. Elizabeth's home was EXACTLY what I wanted, and more. Located in the extremely convenient neighborhood of Culver City (a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, ice-cream shops, etc., are within easy walking distance), her beautiful home is a welcome respite that's comfortable, squeaky clean, and idyllic. It's more spacious than you'd think, with a beautiful light-filled living space, large dining table perfect for families, fully-equipped kitchen, cozy, restful beds, and, in my opinion, the cherry on the top–an outdoor patio that overlooks her tranquil backyard lush with flowers and greenery. The convenience of the location goes beyond walkable destinations–if you've got a car, it's an easy drive to the beach, mountains, Hollywood, Malibu, etc., any of the enticing neighborhoods you may want to check out during a visit. Plus, to top it all off, Elizabeth is a truly gracious host. Kind and attentive, she's there if you need her, while also absolutely respecting your privacy. Her Spanish bungalow is really a gem, and the care that she puts into keeping it up shows. If you have a chance to stay here during your LA visit, I highly recommend it! Take it from an experienced guest–you will enjoy every minute, and you won't want to leave. Thanks again, Elizabeth!
We stayed in this lovely home about 10 days. Everything in the description and the reviews I have seen is accurate. Bring your suitcase, a good book, and some groceries and you're all set! Everything was provided and perfect in this immaculate and well-stocked home. Zen and quiet are great descriptors. The garden off the master bedroom is perfect for sitting with a cup of tea or practicing yoga or Tai Chi. It's an easy walk to downtown Culver City and a short drive to the freeway and LAX. I also noted that this home would be perfect for someone with mild to moderate mobility impairment (cane or walker), since it's an easy short step in the door and the floors are hardwood and tile with no carpets and threshholds (I recollect) to navigate. I would definitely stay there again when I am in the area. It's close to family and a fabulous cost effective alternative to area hotels.
Stayed for a week at this beautifully serene home. Enjoyed the awesome California landscaping (succulents), private courtyard, private backyard with songbirds, and a driveway. (Say no... to hotels exorbitant additional parking fees!) We could not have asked for anything more and enjoyed the immediate neighborhood as well as many other Los Angeles area attractions. It is conveniently located and can't be beat for the price. For a family of four, sharing the bathroom was not a problem with a long counter top/mirror for hair and makeup. Staying here was a joy and we would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to our host!
We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed this cozy bungalow. The house is spacious (felt bigger than the pictures) and has lots of closet and dresser space for clothing. The kitchen is well equipped with good working space. There is parking in the driveway - a bonus in an area with parking restrictions. The neighborhood is very quiet and attractive. Restaurants, galleries, groceries and a movie theater are all within easy walking distance. Elizabeth was easy to work with, very responsive and respectful of our privacy. I highly recommend this Culver City rental.

House Rules: I expect the same respect with which you would treat your own home.
1. Check-in and checkout times are flexible, especially if there is a day in between guests, but the expected check-in time is 3-6 pm and checkout time is 12 noon. Should you need an earlier or later check in time, feel free to ask. Depending on adjacent reservations, I can be flexible.
FYI: I live close by and am available if you have any questions or need assistance. We may see each other, since mail is still delivered at this residence. I also have a rental unit in back so you may see a tenant coming and going. I will respect your privacy. I often travel, so I may not be on the property at all.
2. No smoking inside or on premises.
3. This is a quiet residential neighborhood; please keep noise down after 10 p.m

5. This is my residence part-time during the year, so please take care of my furnishings as you would your own. Please be careful of newly upholstered white furniture (it soils easily.) At dining table, please use placements provided. Dish ware is not microwavable.
6. Please turn off air conditioning/ heater and lights when you leave the house during the day, at bedtime, and upon check-out.Also
7. Parking: driveway is shared with elderly neighbor on right. Please park vehicle on left side of driveway close to the house or use street parking. Beware of street signs with restrictive hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, if using street parking.
8. Please don’t hesitate to call or text with any issues. If anything breaks or is damaged, please let me know. I understand accidents can happen, and will be most willing to discuss it with you.
