There is so much room here that you certainly will not feel on top of each other. The kids have their own room upstairs to hang out in or watch TV, meanwhile you get the opportunity to relax and enjoy the far-reaching views or take a stroll down to the dam. There is also plenty of room for cricket!

Comfortably accommodating up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. All the bedrooms are spacious with built in robes and ceiling fans. There is air conditioning in both the living areas upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs room is large with plenty of room (and beanbags ) to watch TV, DVDs, play board games ( there is an extensive selection of DVDs as well as a Netflix & Amazon Prime account available or use) or enjoy the guests library. A great area for the kids to hang out on their own!

The modern kitchen is well equipped with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, electric mixer and Nespresso machine. It has feature black granite worktops and a large walk in pantry. The attractive open-plan design means the cook can interact with other guests in the lounge or seated at the bar stools.

There are three different outdoor eating options a large 8 seater overlooking the dam and the sunset to the rear of the house, a smaller breakfast option adjacent to the dining room or a sheltered large hardwood table, seats 10, in the front courtyard with the gas BBQ conveniently next to it.

There is a separate games room off the kitchen with a large air hockey table and a Football table. There is also a Table tennis table in the garage. Plenty to keep the teenagers occupied!

Bringa offers modern and stylish furnishings, with a state of the art audio-visual surround sound system for the large flat screen TV. The soundbar has iPhone and iPod connectivity for you to enjoy your favourite music. There is free Wi-Fi for your use.

In winter months the 2 way feature slate built in wood burning stove between the lounge and dining area makes a cosy atmosphere. Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Yallingup beach is one of Australia's original surfing towns and most recently been named Australia's best town! Yallingup Beach may be a longboard mecca, but you'll also find shortboarders and the odd bodyboarder sharing the waves with the local dolphins who surf the waves there too. Sunset and swimming are unforgettable, try the lagoon or ask about the infamous natural spa, aquarium or mermaids pool!

If hiking is your scene, the Cape to Cape track runs in either direction north to south, or walk inland along the Wardanup Trail and end up at the beautiful Ngilgi Cave.
With many Yallingup wineries and the famous Caves House on your doorstep, you don't have to venture far to satisfy your taste buds.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
