Enter the home to a hall leading to the main living space wherevyou`ll find the beautiful kitchen with self-closing drawers, stainless appliances (GE Profile range, side by side refrigerator and microwave above the stove), and slab granite counter tops. Dining, and comfortable living, all with views towards the water.

Just off the main living space is bedroom #1 with a queen size bed and en-suite bath.

On the second level there is an additional bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bath, a desk nook with white water views, where you can utilize the air mattress and the Master bedroom with a king size bed.

The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, beautiful master bath with dual vanities, and a ceiling fan to cool you on warm summer days. Not enough? ...open the windows for the cool coastal breezes, or just turn on the A/C.

Park below in the secured parking garage in one of two parking spaces. This San Diego beach vacation rental is in a quiet complex, but conveniently located near all of the action. Close walking to shopping, grocery store, beach shops, fitness club, night life, yummy local restaurants, and directly across the street from the Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa.

Nice place

Good location for restaurants and bars. Very close to the beach. Nice place very clean. The corner is noisy with lots of traffic and there is NO outdoor space that's the only draw back. The company is very attentive and reliable.

Location was the best part of this property.

The interior of this property is very gloomy. We did not realize this from the online pictures. The dark brown carpet and dark brown walls with a little beige was not what we would have expected for a beach property. There were several things that were not up to par for a rental either, none of these items were worth calling the management company about as they weren't things they would have changed during our stay and we were only there for 3 days. However, they are worth mentioning for future potential renters, and here are a few: very noisy corner with paper thin walls. You can hear traffic and people at all hours of the night so if you are a light sleeper this would not be for you. Amazing, in all of the windows they only had one panel of drapery, where they clearly should have had 2-3 per window. It barely covered the window for privacy. I have never seen this before. No night stands in 2 of the 3 bedrooms...odd. In the master bedroom there were no lamps on the night stands. Very odd. The ceiling fan above only had one of the four lights that came on fully...again odd. The master bed had an unbelievably hard plastic mechanism under the sheets that went over the 2 twin mattresses. Extremely uncomfortable. The other upstairs bedroom had a bed that hit the wall every time you barely moved. The shower had very little water pressure. I saw a couple bugs crawling on the bathroom floor the last day. I only gave 3 stars because of the location. They have updated in the past the bathroom and kitchen but that's all that appears fairly updated.

Great couples trip.

First time to Mission Beach for Vacation and this was a great spot to be in. The AC was a bonus at the condo. We looked and looked for a rental that had 3 bedrooms with a minimum of a queen bed and having our own bathrooms was a plus. This condo is in the heart of the action and 1 block from the beach right on Mission BLVD. Only request would be to maybe supply 1 more roll of TP, we ran out on the last day, and the queen beds could be upgraded to a little more comfortable bed

Everything Expected and More

The property was beautiful, and very well-kept. It's in a prime location (which we knew already and why we chose it) and close to everything you would need for a great vacation - the beach, grocery stores, pharmacy/CVS, restaurants, liquor stores, fast food, restaurants, clubs, etc. - all within walking distance. Easy access to the house, all instructions were clear and understandable, parking was great. This property had everything we could ask for and more, and we were not disappointed with any part of it. Thanks for providing such a great place to stay at an affordable cost! We will definitely be staying here in the future!

The unit was spectacular! Three bedrooms all with private bath. Very comfy beds. Extra air mattress if needed. Kitchen with granite tops and well stocked. Living room spacious and comfortable seating. Two large couches( could sleep on them if needed) .Great location with grocery and nice restaurant nearby. A block from the beach. BLuewater was fabulous....we had a minor issue with one of the showers and they fixed it that day! They were easy to reach and very responsive. I will be recommending this place to friends....hope to return myself.
