Pier Park is exactly one mile west of the Origin down front beach road making it very convenient to enjoy all of the unique restaurants such As Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Pompano Joe's, Hofbrau Beer Garden, Five Guys Burgers, the Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House, Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings, and a whole bunch more! Super Wal-Mart and Target are both located at Pier Park along with Dillard’s, JC Penney, Old Navy, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Bed Bath & Beyond, Dick's, World Market and over one hundred Specialty Stores as well as the 16 Screen Grand Theater, Dave & Busters and Miracle Strip.
ADDITIONAL CONDO INFORMATION
The 3rd bedroom is a actually a lock-out unit that can function and rent out as a separate studio unit like a hotel room. It has its own exterior private entrance door, a/c unit, private balcony, king size bed, flat screen, queen size sleeper sofa, private bath and small kitchenette that has a sink, microwave and mini-fridge. The interior hallway doors can be locked from both sides to for added privacy or left open.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, private bath, walk-in closet, dresser, flat screen with gorgeous Gulf views through its large floor to ceiling windows.
The middle bedroom also has a king size bed, flat Screen with views of the Gulf. Two twin size roll up beds are stored in walk-in closet for additional bedding needs.
The spacious living/dining room area has a large wrap around corner balcony with spectacular Gulf views, large flat screen and a queen size sleeper sofa.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare meals, just furnish the food and beverages.
Extra wide hallway has plenty of room to allow you to set up a playpen, crib or even a couple of blow up queen size air mattresses. Or the two provided twin size roll up beds could be placed here for your expanded sleeping needs.
The condo unit is beautifully furnished with carpeting in bedrooms and Living Room and ceramic tile in kitchen/dining area and bathrooms. There are granite counter tops in kitchen with solid surface counters on bathroom vanities. There are luxurious furnishings throughout with a pleasing nautical/beach decor accents and wall colors. The bed mattresses are top of the line quality and out of this world to sleep on.
Large dining room table seats 6 comfortably and there are 3 bar stools located at the breakfast bar for additional seating.
There is also a washer/dryer in the front hallway closet.
My name is Lloyd May and I reside in a small rural town located between Macon and Atlanta, Georgia. I'm currently working as an appraiser, appraising mostly residential and vacant land properties. This is my first rental investment property purchase and is dedicated to my late wife, Sandra May, who passed away two years ago from breast cancer. I'm am now an active advocate for the American Cancer Society and have recently served on a Relay for Life leadership committee for the past two years. As a past caregiver, I know what it is like for folks going through this terrible disease and pray that a cure will be found soon. I'm also a longtime twenty year resident of Florida, having lived in Miami, Tampa and Fort Walton Beach.

This condo was primarily purchased on behalf of my late wife back in April of 2015, so that our four boys, their wives and my ten grandchildren would have a place to go to on their vacations. I also purchased it so I could eventually retire down there in the next ten years or so. We dedicated this condo to my late wife and named it appropriately "Sandy Footprints" in her memory. She loved the beach, ocean and sun so much. We sincerely hope you will enjoy our condo. Please feel free to write your experiences in our journal book we keep there. I fell in love with Origin at Seahaven mainly because of the wonderful interior finished corridors, covered parking garage and lobby area, and luxurious tropical island décor, proximity to Pier Park and other attractions, and the unique room layout and floor plan of this particular corner unit, not to mentioned its large 1,700+ sq. ft. size. I also loved all the resort amenities Origin had to offer. When I stayed in PCB in February of 2015 at another condo, there was a cold snap that dipped in the low 30's temperatures, the interior heated/cooled hallways would have been much appreciated back then to go back and forth to the pool/spa area and parking garage.
Our family LOVED, LOVED, LOVED our stay in Lloyd's wonderful condo! This place will be our annual family vacation location from now on.
Lloyd was so accommodating & made sure we had everything we needed.
This place is beautiful, had a great view, fully-stocked kitchen (pans, dishes, etc), a nice , spacious unit with plenty of room. The washer & dryer in the unit made things even better. We washed our beach towels so they stayed fresh our entire visit. We also did laundry before we left, so less to do when we got home.
We had such a nice, relaxing stay.
Nice, clean complex with a beautiful pool, game room, movie theater, several elevators, covered parking. Great location, too.

The condo itself is amazing. Very spacious, beautiful views, very comfortable beds, everything you could possibly need for cooking meals, very clean, close to restaurants, beautiful pool, etc.
Now onto the building and staff. Building needs updated. Front desk staff was very rude. Never any luggage carts available, front desk told us that it was just a busy time every time we needed a luggage cart, but truth is that they just never go get the carts, because even at midnight or early mornings, there was never any luggage carts, so for your luggage or groceries, plan on carrying them up/down by hand each time. Do not trust the east side elevator, we got stuck for 45 minutes upon arrival, with no air flowing in elevator so it was like 100 degrees. (Even had a staff member tell me that she never really trusted that elevator) once we finally got off staff member told us what do we want her to do? They got us off as soon as they could, very hatefully...
The owner Mr. May did address our concerns as soon as I told him about it so hopefully some things will change around there.. I know when on vacation we spend a lot of money on housing and I hope that we get better service from the building the next time we rent somewhere. But overall we enjoyed our stay and room.
We had a large group in this beautiful condo and everyone had plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. All the luxuries of home definitely made this a "home away from home" vacation. My family will definitely rent this condo again in the future and the owner is AMAZING to work with......very friendly, professional and quick to respond. Would recommend this condo to anyone!!
Beautiful condo! From the decor to the view of the ocean, you couldn't ask for a more amazing place to stay. Within the first 30 minutes of arrival, my wife was already planning our next stay there. Great location, close to the beach, great restaurants, shopping. We just left there and already looking forward to next year!
Don't like the crowds? Sit on the balcony, have a drink and watch the ocean, but if you want entertainment, it is not too far away... We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Personal checks are not accepted for the initial 25% payment that is required to confirm reservations at time of booking, but will be accepted for any follow-up and final payments, provided they are received and deposited within thirty (30) days of check-in .
A thirty (30) day advanced notice prior to check-in date is required for cancellations in order to receive a full refund, less a $100 cancelation service charge fee. Cancelations made less than 30 days prior to check-in date will forfeit the first two nights room rate plus appropriate taxes, unless the Homeowner is able to re-rent the property. There are NO REFUNDS for EARLY DEPARTURE and/or WEATHER RELATED EVENTS such as hurricanes, tropical storms or weather conditions, even if a mandatory evacuation is ordered. Guests may mitigate this loss by purchasing optional Travel Insurance.
