About Jennifer Bradley

In 1984, I left my position as Tiffany & Company's Pearl Buyer in New York City to marry and raise a family in the Bluegrass region of Kentucky. The ease of Kentucky life grew on my and I'm still here! I love the quiet beauty of Woodford County and the easy connection to the vibrancy of Lexington.

Jennifer Bradley purchased this house in 1989

Why Jennifer Bradley chose Kentucky

I first saw this home 30 years ago when I made my first visit to Kentucky to visit my then future husband. I remember thinking, "I'd love to live in a home like that with the beauty of a farm right alongside. A few years later, we signed the papers and I've been here ever since.

This home has seen many a family gathering. The backyard has been the site of numerous parties with guests from around the world coming for our renown thoroughbred sales. I think you can feel the fun and frivolity that have taken place here. It's a joyful home.

I've worked hard to make my home a comfortable and welcoming place for your stay. You'll feel the family welcome, without the clutter of our lives. Closets and dressers will be empty for your clothing. Coffee, juice and breakfast items will be waiting. I think of you as my special guest and want you to know that you are most welcome.

What makes this house unique

You may think that Versailles is "too far" from Lexington. Did you know, that I can get into downtown faster that my friends living in other areas of Lexington? Versailles is a wonderful stepping off point for all of your adventures in the Bluegrass. My home is a short drive for racing in Lexington or Louisville, touring the bourbon distilleries on the Bourbon Trail, or heading to the Gorge or KY River for hiking adventures. Midway, with it's wonderful shops and restaurants is 10 minutes and the Kentucky HorsePark less than 30 minutes away.

Comfortable and Welcoming Home

  • 5 of 5

This is a very comfortable and welcoming home. The refrigerator was stocked and everything was clean and accommodating. The house is conveniently located for our day at Keeneland and the farm like surroundings were a welcome relief from the crowds. Our stay was brief but we still enjoyed it very much.

Fabulous visit in an amazing home

  • 5 of 5

We could not have been happier with our stay here. Not only was the owner so helpful throughout our entire stay she was also quick to answer any questions we had about the house and the surrounding area. We were greeted with beautiful flowers and the house was nice and clean. It was a great house for a big group to gather and relax during the weekend. Everything was perfect!

Wonderful Weekend

  • 5 of 5

Our family loved our stay in your beautiful, inviting home. Having coffee on the patio and listening to the wind in the neighboring cornfield was amazing. Your home was equipped with everything we needed, and we loved its proximity to Versailles and Midway. Thank you for prompting us to drive down the road and visit Woodford Reserve. It was worth it!
