Completely remodeled two floor house on quiet and desirable NE Heights. Two bedrooms and two full baths are on the first floor and two bedrooms and one Jack & Jill bath suit are on the second floor. Expansive master bedroom on first floor, huge walk in closet and bathroom has a double head shower and double sink. House is large enough to welcome a maximum of 10 people. Brand new and fully equipped kitchen that will allow you to cook or bake during your stay. Dining room table can seat 8 people comfortably. WiFi available throughout home, Sling Cable TV in the house. TV in living room, and bedrooms on first floor.

Backyard is a serene relaxation place with a hammock, outdoor grill island with bar and umbrella, patio table with seating for 6 and umbrella.

The house is ready waiting for you. Towels, linens, kitchen appliances and accessories are available for your enjoyment.

Christmas Vacation 2017

Perfect for our family driving in from Houston to be with our son and his family in ABQ. Convenient to local shopping, restaurants and highways. The hosts thought of everything and even included a Christmas tree for us to decorate and use. Lots of space and everyone was comfortable. Private front bedroom for elderly mother was just right. Great Christmas Vacation!

The house was very nice (the video cameras made me nervous)

I was surprised when I found video cameras in the living room and outside. We felt nervous in the bedrooms and bathrooms, because we kept thinking there might be more, but hidden video equipment. They also charged me extra money for cleaning. When I asked for a receipt to show they actually paid someone to clean the chairs, they just made their own receipt sent it to me.

The house was very nice and we had a great time for a family reunion.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your response. We are glad that you found our property comfortable and nice, and that you had a great time with your family several months ago. Please note a couple of things in response to your concerns: 1. For the protection of our guests and to secure the premises, the house has a very noticeable security system with 2 cameras that are OPENLY visible guarding strategic areas of the house. As we respect and value the privacy of our guests as OUR OWN, we do not have any "hidden cameras" as you mention, nor have any interest in recording every move or activities inside the house. Unless a guest is doing something illegal, contrary to the house rules, or that puts in risk your person or the property, there is no reason to feel nervous or concerned during your stay. It is our main goal to create a safe relaxing and stress free environment, where you are protected. 2. In reference to the chairs, we did send pictures of the fabric in the chairs prior collecting any charges, as this is our standard procedure. It seems the children in the group were stepping on them with muddy shoes or wiping the hands on the fabric while eating. As any reasonable person can understand, we have our own cleaning crew that doesn't provide receipts for every single minute billed, and we used them instead of hiring a professional company, as this would have incur a significant charge higher than what we deducted from the deposit. The charge deducted was fair and transparent as we indicated the details of the cleaning supply costs and the time incurred in the task. We are sorry if you do not feel it was fair, but we strongly recommend to watch children carefully when visiting any rental homes to avoid these extra charges. The home was lovely...the neighborhood was lovely

Over the years, I have stayed in many VRBO homes. I must say that this home was a 10+. Equally important are the owners....All are NOT equal. Sal and Joe were 10 + as well. From my first call, months before our travel plans through my last call as we were leaving their home, they could not have been nicer They were caring, kind, patient (with my questions :) with fun and humor dashed in......What could be better! We loved our week! Their instructions for inside the home were easy to understand. Also, the inside was spotless, the front and back yards were very well done....very warm and inviting. Their lovely home was perfect for us (two adults), the neighborhood was very friendly, the shopping was easy (everything close) and I feel that we've made two new friends. In fact, we are moving to ABQ next year! We would recommend this home to everyone visiting ABQ. Happpppppppy Trails to allllll........Blessings during this wonderful holiday season......

Beautiful, comfortable house in safe, quiet area

This is a beautiful, comfortable house in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The storage for clothes and other travel items is excellent. It's well-designed for dogs, with easily cleanable floors and sturdy rugs. The backyard is pleasant, well-equipped for warm-season family gatherings.

It's a great place to walk or bike, with several parks nearby. There are many services within walking distance, though restaurants and groceries probably require a car.
