This villa has a really relaxed atmosphere. It benefits from four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has just about everything you could would want from your own private villa . . . excellent sea views, good sized private swimming pool, pretty garden and air conditioning. Whilst this villa is spotlessly clean, some of the furniture might be considered a little quirky in its fashion. Having said that, a couple of the bathrooms have been recently modernized and are well presented. Overall, the villa is very comfortable and has plenty of space. It is in a quiet area, is private and does have plenty of good spots to relax in. Both the master bedroom and the twin room next to it have access to a fabulous terrace with fantastic sea views. In the well-kept private garden you will find a barbeque plus the recently modernized swimming pool (which is cleaned on a weekly basis in summer). Even the grape vines yield a good harvest - help yourself! So, if you are looking for a comfortable family holiday in a very competitively priced private villa, then you cannot go wrong with this house.

Just 1 KM from the sea and 6 KM from Estepona town. This villa is about a seven minute drive from the town of Estepona and the town of Sabinillas. It is in a popular area known as “Buenas Noches”. This is an established area mainly made up of good sized villas on private plots. As you enter Buenas Noches, you go up a small hill for about 30 metres. This gives the villa a good elevation away from the road and provides uninterrupted sea views. The beach is only about 500 meters away and you can walk to the beach by using the footbridge to cross the main road. Within the urbanization there is the Albayt country club which also has a restaurant, spa & gym and putting green.

Both Estepona and Sabanillas have plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. There is plenty to do and see around the area with good beaches and walks. However, unless you are planning to spend your whole time in the villa you will need a car.

This villa is spotlessly clean, but some of the furnishings and decor may be considered a little old fashioned. The style of the house is reflected in its very competitive price. Smokers are more than welcome, but please only smoking permitted on the terraces and in the garden This villa is about a five-minute drive from the town of Estepona and the new developments at Sabanillas. Maison somme toute agreable et confortable mais quelques remarques quand meme ,tres forte odeur de tabac persistante dés en arrivant a la villa et qui a persistée tout le sejour ,la terrasse et les murs exterieurs aurait bien eu besoin d'un bon coup de karcher ,la piscine n'etait pas nettoyée a notre arrivée ,les extérieurs sont un peu delabrés et auraient besoin de quelques travaux surtout le murs de la terrasse coté route qui menace serieusement de s'effondrer. Il aurait ete judicieux qu'i y ait au moins 8 chaises exterieures ainsi que 8 transats puisque la location etait prévue pour 8 personnes ainsi que 1 ou 2 parasols pour pouvoir manger dehors. Revoir aussi les couverts un peu desuets et couteaux qui ne coupent pas ?les verres un peu depareillés ,pas de plateau pour servir.Les photos de l'annonce ne sont pas recentes ; pas d'emplacement pour ranger le vehicule et la 4voies a proximité est un peu bruyantes aux heures de pointes . Ceci dit nos 11 jours passés dans cette villa ont ete corrects et agreables

    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you.     We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
