About Christopher Potts & Blake Teschner (manager)

I was born and raised in this area, and left to join the Marine Corps after high-school. We purchased this cabin after vising Hatfield and falling in love with it. While we are away, we want to offer others the same experience we have had. There is so much to do and see around this area, and I encourage folks from all over to come and enjoy it.

Christopher Potts & Blake Teschner (manager) purchased this cabin in 2015

Why Christopher Potts & Blake Teschner (manager) chose Hatfield

Our property is well maintained, and different from others in the area. Our home has many African items that I personally purchased throughout my travels in Tanzania, Kenya, and South Africa. Our cabin also offers a Sauna, and jacuzzi bathtub in our master suite. Summer of 2015 we put in custom Amish made kitchen cabinets, and a pantry, new carpeting, paint, LCD TV, and furniture. Why stay anywhere else?

What makes this cabin unique

Our cabin has a fenced in back yard so no worries about the little ones. We have a wonderful fire-pit, sauna and jacuzzi. We are very open and understanding home owners, and have a fantastic property manager. Should you have any questions please just ask...

Cozy cabin

  • 4 of 5

We ( two couples) enjoyed staying here. It was clean, has a nice kitchen and is interestingly decorated. We liked that we could ride our ATVs from the cabin to the trails. Blake had turned on the furnace before we arrived and we really appreciated the warmth when we got back that night after being caught in the rain trail riding. This was our first visit to the area and hope to return because there are so many great trails and things to see.

Cute but busy

  • 3 of 5

The cabin was cute, but I was hoping for something a little more secluded. Lots of ATV traffic going past.

Owner's Response: Cindy Thank you so much for your stay and giving honest feedback. Unfortunately, we are not able to control the ATV traffic going in and out, rather do our best to make our cabin cozy for our guests. Most the cabins on the road remain empty, perhaps on your stay more people were visiting than normally. We apologize for your disruptions, and hope you return again soon. Chris and Blake.

Cute African Safari theme, tiny but roomy, had everything we needed for a comfy stay!

  • 5 of 5

We were very pleased with the cabin. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed bonfires in the evening, it was quiet and we slept well. The owner/manager was very responsive, though we had no major issues. We would recommend this our family and friends.
