This beautiful townhome is directly across from Camelback Mountain in Northridge Station / Four Seasons community. In the winter enjoy Camelback skiing. In the summer enjoy the tennis courts, the pool or Camelbeach waterpark and adventures. In the fall, watch the leaves turn. Quick access to all the attractions and amenities. 90 minutes from Manhattan. 20 minutes from Mount Airy Casino, 30 minutes from Shawnee and 5 minutes to the Crossings Outlets with over 100 stores. Other activities nearby include hiking, biking, horseback riding, tennis, basketball, fishing, and several golf courses. Visit the historic town of Jim Thorpe, Bush Kill Falls and the Delaware Water Gap! Why spend $275+ night for a single room when you can have an entire townhome providing all the amenities of home? New Flatscreen TV's in Master and Family Room, New Microwave and Toaster Oven, New downstairs flooring. Wi-Fi/Internet access. Mark and Kathryn. Owners.

Having both grown up in South Philadelphia, the peacefulness of this area was something we learned to come to really enjoy. We had the privilege of visiting this area and taking our children up to Camelback when they were very young where we taught them to ski. We have been coming here each year since to spend time with our grown family and relax from the regular day to day events.

We visited years ago and immediately enjoyed the Camelback / Tannersville area. We were fortunate enough to acquire this home and always enjoy ourselves whenever we stay at our property. We have nothing but continual long lasting great memories. We hope our home will allow you to relax, enjoy nature and keep you coming back to visit and explore more of what the area has to offer.

Family getaway

We loved our stay! Mark was very easy to communicate back and forth with and responded to our questions in a timely manner. His home was very clean and the location was perfect. My family enjoyed the slopes and we were also able to visit one of the indoor water parks. We can’t wait to rent from Mark again next year!

Perfect location close to the slopes!

The property was perfect for our stay over the New Years Eve period. Although it isn't ski-in/ski-out, it is still very close to the hill or any of the parking lots. Getting to the property was easy and the roads are always plowed which was nice since we don't have snow tires. The property is very spacious and has a nice layout with one bedroom on the main floor (two single beds) and two bedrooms upstairs (both with Queen beds). The property has two full bathrooms which were both clean. The kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed. During our stay, the outside temperature dropped to between 0 and -10 Fahrenheit (which I assume is unseasonably cold) so with baseboard heating alone, the interior temperature was still cold, however with a fire on, it was comfortable. The only downside that we noticed was that with baseboard heating, the air was very dry inside, but that's expected.

The property owners were great and were very accommodating. They responded very quickly to any questions and were friendly and helpful.

If anyone is interested in staying very close to Camelback Mountain (which is less than 2 minute drive away), I would certainly recommend staying here. The location was perfect, the area is nice and quiet (don't have to worry about people partying to keep you up at night), and the property was very comfortable.

Clean, spacious, enjoyable property

Our group of 6 adults really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was clean and location was perfect for our ski trip to camelback. Mark was very easy to communicate with prior and during our stay when we had questions.

Cancellation Policy:

•Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.
•Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund

Access information will be provided one week in advance of stay.
The Maximum Occupancy for this unit is 8 individuals, two cars at the property.

Fireworks are NOT permitted in the development. Fines are enforced.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
