Newly renovated and furnished in a modern/eclectic design esthetic, our charming little cottage is rented on a monthly basis. It's located within a three minute walk to Boulder Creek, Eben Fine Park, foothill trails, and the Boulder Bike Trail. A stroll to the Pearl Street Mall takes about twelve minutes. A jaunt to nearby Alfalfa's Market offers high quality, GMO-free grocery shopping. A city-sponsored bike rental station is three blocks away and for longer-term bike rentals, University Bicycles is within a twelve minute walk. On street parking is available and bus stops are close by.
Great attention has been paid to the smallest details in order to provide you with high quality comfort and design. Our 330 sq. ft. mini-cottage is laid out in a compact, user-friendly floor plan with vaulted ceilings and skylights that make it feel light and airy. Floors throughout are eco-friendly cork. The kitchen is equipped with beautifully designed flatware and coffee mugs from Crate and Barrel, and we offer a Magic Bullet for your smoothies. There is an LG washer/dryer combo in the cottage for your convenience. The petite bedroom is outfitted with a full size, comfy bed and the living room sofa converts to a memory foam bed. This is a chemical-free environment and all cleaning supplies are "green." There is a sweet outdoor patio with a bike shelter in front of the cottage. We offer Netflix, Hulu and other streaming channels with a wall-mounted smart TV in the living room along with WiFi access.
I bought the house and the cottage 27 years ago and have lived in the front house all this time. I left New Jersey to go to college here in Boulder and have been a professional artist since graduating, creating art for public places, as well as having corporate and private clients.

Boulder has been a great place to live. I consider Boulder a big small town with access to mountain trails and parks which makes it easy to get away without traveling to do so. The cottage is just a block from mountain trails. I live in the front house and I love it here in part because I walk out my door and hike in the mountains at least three or four times a week if not daily. This is how I start my day. It's hard to beat this location, which is why I have been here so long.
The mountains and trails one block from my front door and a 15 minute walk to downtown have made this location perfect for me. There is also a park a block west of the property that has the Boulder Creek running through it, picnic tables and a swing set and slide.
The cozy cottage is a separate unit at the end of the driveway. It was remodeled last year and as you can see from the photos is a lovely little place set back from the road.
