About the property

Renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with access to the beach across the street.

This recently renovated condo is located on the 4th floor of the Beach Club of Marco Condominium (@1/2 mile south of the Marriott). It is a very spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. (700 sq ft + 200 sq ft lanai). It is directly across from the beach but has it's own private beach access and boardwalk. No other condos have this luxury. From the front door to the beach it's a 3 minute walk. The building is a 4 story complex and you are on the top floor with a partial view of the gulf (see pictures). In the bedroom there is a king size bed and the couch in the living room pulls out to a queen sleeper. There are tvs in the bedroom and the living room. The unit has a full kitchen with microwave, stove, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, all dishes, pot, pans, silverware, and much more. The unit also has a washer/dryer inside. The unit has a view of the gulf and has it's own private beach access. In the unit you have access to beach chairs, beach cooler, beach umbrella. The unit also has free WiFi and parking is included. This is a privately owned unit that my wife and I rent. We take great care in making sure the unit is clean and in excellent condition for our renters.

Very Nice Place Across From the Beach

My wife and I stayed at this condo for the weekend. The unit was exactly as presented. It was very clean and comfortable - perfect for a short stay. Although the building is across the street from the beach, it was very convenient going to/from. It was definitely a plus having private gated access to the beach. We would definitely inquire on the availability of this unit next time we are in town.

Great Stay at Marco Island. Wonderful experience at Keith Abed's Condominium

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, right across the street from the beach and we had our own private entrance. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our party of 4. We had covered parking which really made a difference with the hot weather. We had access to a great pool and multiple barbecues located next to the pool. We were on the 4th floor so we had a partial view of the ocean from our porch. We were very close to area restaurants and stores. Mr. Abed was a great host and always responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we look forward to returning in the future.
